Qsine was an amazing dining experience but Blu was always very slow with service. First night took 45 minutes for just the first course to come out.

The shore excursion staff was not helpful and rude. Our shore excursion back in Miami after disembarking was cancelled and they didn’t tell us until 2 days before the cruise ended. We couldn’t arrange anything new since we didn’t have the internet package.
