Review summary

Tough start with all the challenges at the beginning, but Celebrity made up some of the issues as the trip progressed.

One of our bags was destroyed, our cabin hallways was closed when we arrived, and the staff were INSANELY aggressive with sales. It was uncomfortable. Guest services were nice, but they had an inconsistent process dealing with the bag we had that was destroyed.

Restaurants and specialty dining was great!!! The buffet was OK but, had issues with some items not being hot.

Onboard Activities

The fitness center was well appointed and I used it multiple times during the trip.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Several times officers passed us without acknowledging us. Staff in the specialty restaurants were excellent!!!

Ship tip

Please work to have a better configuration for the smoking areas that make socialization easier.

We did not see any excursions we thought we would enjoy. We disembarked to take pictures but that was all.
