We are a but bummed that we didn't go to the Bahamas as part of our cruise 😩, a few challenges during our cruise, like our sea pass wasn't working, we had it checked and changed 3x but it never worked its very inconvenient. Our sons blanket got mixed up with the linen to be laundered but they never found it. But we had a great time in some areas! Photography is awesome and yes we purchased the unlimited package and the people there are wonderful! Restaurants and drinks are wonderful!

All in all not a typical Celebrity experience. Lots of discontent heard on ship from other passengers.

The staff were extremely inexperienced and they did not seem to have sufficient staff. Dirty dishes were not picked up, tables not cleared, drink service was minimal, dining service was a nightmare. It took 30 min to get a drink and 1 hr for the appetizer. It did get better....by the end of the trip.

The ship is great, just not ready to sail and the crew was understaffed.

Celebrity gave the address of the port but not the terminal number. This caused confusion for my son’s Uber driver and he ended up being dropped off at a terminal 45 minute walk away. Had to pay for a second Uber. Celebrity was short staffed (down 300) making the experience subpar to what we have encountered on other cruises. Found out on the last night that 100 or so crew members got COVID. Two of our six family members got it too. Tested positive the day we got home. Had a great time despite the issues onboard. Crew was awe inspiring given the adversity they had to overcome.

Food was cold and cold food was warm. Only hot coffee was from the coffee bar. The crew tried to fix the problems on our cruise to no avail. It was a Shakedown cruise and we suffered through it. Our friends who are Celebrity cruisers were embarrassed and the people we spoke with said don’t rate Celebrity because of this cruise. We sail Carnival and for the price we paid for this trip, we could of taken two 7 day cruises with Carnival. We were told we would never sail Carnival after we sailed Celebrity. I don’t think so. Never experienced any of this on Carnival. Our friends are trying to talk us in a cruise called the ABC’s this fall but we are very Leary doing so. We spent a lot of money on a Shakedown Cruise. I built Submarines, Air Craft Carriers and overhauled cruise ships at Newport News Shipyard as a test engineer and I felt the frustration of the maintenance team on this ship had to deal with these problems.

We cruised from 3/5/20 to 3/9/20. With all the concern regarding the Coronavirus , we still decided to go. As a seasoned cruiser I knew that every precaution would be taken for our safety. The food was great. The shows were very entertaining. Always a wonderful cruise

This cruise was my sisters 50th birthday. You did not disappoint! The staff went over and above to help make her feel very special. Excellent service, excellent staff, I will be back!

Something for everyone on board. We could do all the programs or just relax.

Celebrity Cruises are the best, and Infinity is a great ship, but do not book excursions through . Make sure you book Celebrity excursions, not Skymiles.

Amazing staff, bartenders , restaurant , entertainment and house keeping where always on top of their game. This was a much older ship, you can tell. The food , drink and entertainment made up for that. There was a definite lack of bars no atrium bar. We will definitely go with celebrity again just a bigger newer ship.

We decided that this type of cruising is not for us. We are retired and spend the Winter in Florida and don't need a break from the tedium. However if you need a break and want good food and service, this is the cruise for you. Short and sweet!!

Enjoyed the whole experience. The food was fantastic. Had the drink package which was oh so nice. Ship was small enough not to get lost and find places. Service was excellent and friendly and very accommodating for our needs and special requests. Would recommend highly!!!

Fun, friendly, and never long enough! The Golden Fans at Sea 2020 was hands down one of the best times i’ve ever had!

OUR CRUISE WAS GREAT, BUT WITH IT BEING JUST A TWO DAY CRUISE, IT WENT VERY FAST. NOT KNOWING WHAT TO DO AND NO INFORMATION WHEN WE FIRST GOT THERE. THE INFORMATION CAME IN AFTER WE HAD SUPPER, IN WHICH CASE WE DID NOT SEE TILL THE NEXT DAY. I THINK IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF THE INFORMATION WAS ALREADY IN OUR ROOM BEFORE WE GOT THERE OR GIVE US A PACKET AS WE ARE BROADING. ALSO, I DON'T THINK THAT THEY SHOULD TAKE THINGS OUT OF OUR ROOM IF ITS IN THERE WHEN WE GET THERE. THEY TOOK OUR BINOCULARS OUT OF OUR ROOM ON OUR SECOND DAY.
