Review summary

The cruise was everything we expected, however the ship left a lot to desire! Dirty, run down, paint peeling, cold breakfast whether you ate in the buffet or dining room and food selection was poor. We have traveled on 15 cruises prior and was led to believe that Celebrity was a cut above other cruise lines...SORRY to report this is false news. We rate it no better than Carnival!

Does anybody know if the infinity is coming back to the uk? She was our very 1st cruise 🚢 and we want to back to see her again!! I’m sorry that your experience wasn’t very good, hopefully you will enjoy the next cruise.....

We said exactly the same. Speaking to more seasoned cruisers, they said it was the worst in the fleet.😏

Know that the Millennium class ships are going in for an extensive refurb beginning Jan 2019. They are going to be stripped down to the metal and redesigned, even replacing the bathrooms, adding cabins, a suite sun deck, etc. Dont write Celebrity off until you've also sailed on their Solstice class ships or the brand new Edge or you sail on M class again after it's refurb.

Sorry your experience wasn’t great! I’m surprised you started by saying it was everything you expected. So based on the rest of your review I guess you didn’t expect much? We sail on her in Dec. we have sailed on Celebrity once before. And we have sailed Disney, Royal, NCL, and Carnival. Seriously looking forward to this cruise and hoping our experience is great! I’m thinking it will be. I’ll let you all know!

I've been on Infinity 3 times and going again in 29days, j love Infinity...sorry you had a bad experience onboard this ship...
