The best holiday never done!! Celebrity equinox was perfect, much to do, lunch and dinner very nice!

expensive service of internet and telephone , poor food taste

The cruise was so enjoyable. Did not hear one complaint from the people we encountered. There were almost 3000 people on the ship.

We recently sailed on the Celebrity Equinox . The ship was beautiful, our Aqua class room was wonderful, along with our state room attendant, and the two speciality restaurants (Tuscan Grill and Silk Harvest) were outstanding! We really like Celebrity's style, and innovative ships, however, Celebrity has a way to go on offering overall great service to match their great ships, it put a damper on the overall cruise experience. We found the service levels to be inconsistent, especially at the bars. What was more frustrating is when we passed a crew member on the ship, 9 times out of 10 their were on cell phones. Not knowing if this was internal calls between crew members or the crew on personal calls, it was strange to see them on the phone, more often then not. Overall itinerary was great and we really enjoyed the 2 days at sea before and after all the ports of call. It was a great way to relax on both ends of the trip.

We recently sailed on the Equinox for the 1st time, and all I can say is "Wow!". We had no idea what to expect. Restaurants, a fantastic pool area and a nightclub made this 1st cruise exceptionnal. We really like Celebrity Equinox's style, service, and innovative ships, and the new Enchantment did not disappoint. Dining choices were really excellent. We didn't have to wait all week to get one reservation at the Murano who was excellent 5 servies, the service was even better. The buffet really isn't a "buffet" anymore, now it's like a cool marketplace/food court with many more choices, stations you can approach from all sides (so no endless line!). Very wide-open and airy feeling, a huge step up from the typical ship buffet. We loved all the nightlife options. The shows were great. Felt like a totally different night out, every single night. The multi-color splash pool and suspension bridge are amazing, but the best new element has to be the Blu restaurant. Overall we have to say the ship was really impressive, the staff was amazing

The ship is beautiful, the rooms great. THe smoking policy very restrictive so the guests who smoked did so on their decks. We are non smokers and could not use our deck due to constant smoking of guests. Should have smokers in aft rooms or on one side so non-smokers do not pay for a deck they cannot use.

Stellar Cruise, dining not quite as good as the last two celebrity cruises but did like the specialty resturants Had a great time

Very beautifully decorated, much more luxurious than Royal Caribbean or Princess ships in general. Even the bathrooms were beautiful and used luxury materials. The cabins were top quality, especially the bathrooms. Without question, this was the best food and service we've received in a dozen cruise experiences. The entertainment was good, but not up to the level of the food and service.

Sailed the Equinox the beginning of March. Simply stated but very elegant ship. Quite large. Never really had to wait in any lines even though there were over 3,000 passengers on board. My only main complaint is there in not enough storage in the cabins. And the buffet was confusing/dissorganized and not the best I had ever been to. Food at all the specialty restaurants was EXCELLENT. Very large fitness center and an nice casino.

The ship is beautiful, most elegant of any we have sailed. Lots of chairs and shade on the decks, plenty of space even on sea days

Celebrating a 40th wedding anniversary is a momentous occasion. The choice to celebrate it on a cruise, specifically the Celebrity Equinox 11 day cruise, was a most wise decision. Everything about the cruise was just FANTASTIC. After 9 cruises we've had some experience on what to expect. However, the Celebrity Equinox was beyond belief. From our stateroom to the various entertainment venues, from the dining room to the specialty restaurants, from the overall ship design to the shore excursions - EVERYTHING was just fabulous and only enhanced by the courteous and professional crew. This was certainly an occasion where the anticipation did not surpass the event.

The ship is beautiful and elegant. Food and service is simply outstanding. The itinerary was excellent.

Celebrity has their processes refined, every variable is accounted for and professionally taken care of.

The ship was beautiful and keep exceptionally clean. We were a little disapointed with the food at dinner time. Stateroom was large and quite comfortable. Entertainment was superb.

We loved this ship. The layout was easy to navigate. With the elevators in the center of the ship, it was easy to get from place to place. The food and the service was fantastic! We loved Deck 15, the lawn club!
