The food is very plentyfull, pizza and pasta and salad and deserts 24hrs. a day. Fancy meals in the evening, and great breakfasts and lunches

These folks live on board and are young, trim and energetic, they want tips and go out of their way to make you happy, in hopes you will tip them at the end of your trip. Although there is no pressure to do so.

The room is big enough, the stateroom service is excellent, beds are comfortable, I would advise a balcony, since getting sun at the pool can be tough.
The panama canal tour down the canal was all right, kinda long, kinda hot, the history was cool, just bring a hat or blocker, you are on the water, slowly going down river, for 3 hrs.
#1 stingray city, the water was warm, the stingrays were plentyfull. Bring a snorkeling mask so you can see them underwater, it is the coolest. they take you out to a sandbar 30 min. out, and your in waist deep water, the rays are huge up to 6' across.
Cartagena has very,very many "salesmen" thousands, the buildings and history are cool, just be prepared to be presurred to buy jewelery, t shirts, trinkits... We did a taxi, $15 p.p. and he drove the 4 of us around all day, 5 hrs.
