Review summary

Very beautifully decorated, much more luxurious than Royal Caribbean or Princess ships in general. Even the bathrooms were beautiful and used luxury materials. The cabins were top quality, especially the bathrooms. Without question, this was the best food and service we've received in a dozen cruise experiences. The entertainment was good, but not up to the level of the food and service.

Ports of call

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

The French capital, Marigot, is worth the trip, and the shopping mall there is different than anything you will see elsewhere -- like being in Paris -- completely different items for sale.

Basseterre, St. Kitts

The view from the newly developed area, at the top of the mountain looking toward Nevis, is probably the best single view in the Caribbean.

Bridgetown, Barbados

Roseau, Dominica

The most beautiful Caribbean island, don't miss the large waterfalls and the extended small bus tour offered by the ship.

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

Take the tour to St. John, it's really beautiful and the boat ride is nice.

Pros: Food and service.

Cons: Entertainment.
