Aimee was fabulous and helpful.we enjoyed our upgrade in room / balcony.staff was overall friendly but they did try to push unwanted extra packages such as food and drink. We had a problem with our tour in Puerto Rico but it was resolved and definitely st Maarten was our favorite. I definitely would use this company again and I'm looking forward to another Cruise.

Good morning to Whom it may concern. My wife and myself, recently completed our honeymoon aboard Celebrity Equinox. I was pleasantly surprised. I have heard numerous stories of other cruise lines but there were no problematic stories from our personal experience on Celebrity Equinox. The boarding was simple and the attendants were helpful when checking in. The mornings were started by the welcomed sense of humor from The Captain "Kate". She is fun and professional. This captain, has set the bar high for her profession. Her enthusiasm level, was only rivaled by the Cruise Director and the gentleman who hosted the "officer vs Guests volleyball game". Those gentlemen were hilarious and kept the cruising atmosphere upbeat! I must mention that the The Stateroom was clean and always kept that way due to the friendly staff named Troy and Paulino on Deck 10. Those gentlemen were very professional. They always smiled even when we realized that they must be tired after the long hours worked. They answered our odd questions and never hesitated to offer assistance when we seemed to need it. My wife and I are very sociable and those gentlemen conversed with us about numerous topics, which broke the Ice early in the voyage. The friendly banter and attentiveness, kept us laughing as well as informed, during our trip. We found them to be very personable Class acts. During the Mornings I'd conduct conversation with a friendly young man in the restroom (deck 14) before breakfast. His name is I Wayan Dodlk Kusuma Putra. He stood out because of his upbeat nature and we'd continue conversation daily. Every morning He remembered patrons and their topics of conversation, as though no time had passed. During the evening hours we'd converse with Jeffrey (Philippines) near the Bar on deck 14, during evening / late dinner hours. We spoke almost nightly because of numerous hilarious topics that he brought up to me and my new bride. Ravia at the Silhouette dining made evenings stand out. He came to patrons at his tables with humor and class, every evening. We started dining there and Before bed, we’d end at Deck 14. We are night owls, one could say. It is because of great people like these, in which you chose to have on your team; That we easily made the decision to book reservations with you all again.

My husband and I had a great time, but the food was just ok and the service was mostly poor. We were in the Solarium (adults only pool) for 3 hours, and not one waiter came up to us and asked if we wanted drinks. The lines at the bars were insane. We found our favorite bartenders and stuck with them since they were awesome. There were some things to do during the day at sea, but not a ton (or not quality things). DJ was just ok, but overall we made the most of it and still had a great time. Ship is a bit older and is showing its age.

Despite the age of Equinox, we had a good time and quality meals during our sailing. Positive energy comes from positive attitude, kick back-relax-enjoy!

1st time cruising Celebrity and would not be my last. There are some slight negative feedbacks in my review but the amazing pros certainly outweigh those. So happy I chose this cruise line and look forward to many more celebrity cruises in the near future.

Holland and Celebrity are close competitors and therefore I will mention that the only thing that Celebrity lacks, that Holland has is Violin or Classical music. However Celebrity has the Captain's Club that Holland lacks.

Danielle, has been handling our family cruises for over 20 years and is the best in the business! Always coming up with great choices, after she knows our possible dates.

It was a great getaway for our first kid free vacation. Food was ok, typical on every cruise we have been on. Liked the more relaxed atmosphere. Had several issues with excursions booked through Celebrity. Did not feel like they took our complaints seriously. Celebrity needs to have better communication with the tour operators to ensure they know what they are signing people up for and be willing to apologize and fix the problem when the issue is realized. Room was amazing, really enjoyed concierge class and would book it again. Loved the drink package and wait staff as well as the dining room staff. Entertainment staff was ok, they tend to pick favorites throughout the cruise who get chosen for every activity. Did not interact with cruisers enough.

We have cruised many times before and this was one of the most enjoyable cruises we ever took. I will continue to cruise with Celebrity, because their 5 star service. This was our 25th wedding anniversary and it was the perfect get away. This ship did not have as many kids as the other cruise lines which did appeal to us, we were looking to "get away" and Celebrity was the way to go!

Great cruise. Can’t wait for the next cruise. I am not sure what the average is not a 5. It should be as everything was perfect. The cruise director was great.

Overall the ship was very nice was a great class of people. We found this ship to be a more refined Cruise than other Cruise Lines without loud partying and inconsiderate guests . The ship was clean the food was great. We've done this itinerary prior and will not be visiting these ports of call in the future as we did not enjoy them

This was our first cruise. I didn't know what to expect, but I was very happy with everything. The ship was a really perfect size. I never felt it was too big. There are so many options to do on board to keep anyone busy, it was really a perfect trip. The entire crew, from entertainment groups, the officers participating in the games to the coffee people that gave me the best coffee every morning - Thank you!!

Again, boring. The activities were terrible in commission to the 10 other Carnival and Royal Caribbean cruises I've been on. There was barely any activity on deck and that is too include music. There was no Carribian band and the top 40 band you had was so boring, I thought the lead singer was a wax museum statue escapee. You didn't even have the electric slide for God's sake and EVERYBODY from black, white and everything in between. From 2 too 200 loves line dances. Celebrity caters to that group of about 60 and up who just want to read, sleep on the deck, gamble, and eat. I will never cruise with you again

Just what I wanted, with excellent food and service. The ship felt more like a small hotel loved that the common areas did not feel huge.
