This was our first cruise. I didn't know what to expect, but I was very happy with everything. The ship was a really perfect size. I never felt it was too big. There are so many options to do on board to keep anyone busy, it was really a perfect trip. The entire crew, from entertainment groups, the officers participating in the games to the coffee people that gave me the best coffee every morning - Thank you!!

Main Dining - buffet was very good. The food variety was really great. I never got board with the options and the made to order options were very tasty.

I like the activities planned. There was a great amount of variety offered for every age group. The actives crew - Gina, Oz and Damon were AMAZING, funny and kept us engaged.
Entertainment

All the shows were fantastic! The crew did amazing - from the signing to the acrobatics to the band creating the sounds and the background crew making it happen! The late night shows, AJ - Comedian and the Wedding Games were a great adult option and provided so many laughs.
Service and Staff

The staff we enjoyed the most were: Ertawan, ocean view cafe bar - he took such good care of us! He was so friendly and made us laugh. Krysler, who also worked with Ertawan did the same - made sure we were good with our service and took wonderful care of us. Kasri was our waiter in Silhouette. He was fantastic as well. He remembered us from the night before and made sure we were comfortable and happy with our food options. He did an excellent job. Also, the Silhouette hostess (4th floor Starboard side) was incredible . She new what she was doing at her job! She made sure we didn't have to wait, knew were we sat before, took care of the wait times and we just knew she was good at her job. We ate at Silk Harvest because we met Somjit in the lobby. She was so great at taking care of us at dinner. The food was amazing and she offered us suggestions to help us order the best bang for our dining experience. She was really friendly to talk with and she was really a joy to have a a server. Damon is awesome. He spoke with us a few times and remembered us every time! That is a big deal to remember the people you meet and be able to make individuals feel special.
We rented bikes and road ourselves around. This as really great way to see the island. Only compliant is there is not a lot of beaches to go to. There are few and from what we saw, they weren't that great.
Besides the port shopping/pool area, there wasn't much for us there. Our excursion, which was the most expensive of our trip, was the shortest and least exciting. I was disappointed in our jeep trails and the amount of time we had. From what we saw, it wasn't that great to be in port for as long as we were.
