Good morning to Whom it may concern. My wife and myself, recently completed our honeymoon aboard Celebrity Equinox. I was pleasantly surprised. I have heard numerous stories of other cruise lines but there were no problematic stories from our personal experience on Celebrity Equinox. The boarding was simple and the attendants were helpful when checking in. The mornings were started by the welcomed sense of humor from The Captain "Kate". She is fun and professional. This captain, has set the bar high for her profession. Her enthusiasm level, was only rivaled by the Cruise Director and the gentleman who hosted the "officer vs Guests volleyball game". Those gentlemen were hilarious and kept the cruising atmosphere upbeat! I must mention that the The Stateroom was clean and always kept that way due to the friendly staff named Troy and Paulino on Deck 10. Those gentlemen were very professional. They always smiled even when we realized that they must be tired after the long hours worked. They answered our odd questions and never hesitated to offer assistance when we seemed to need it. My wife and I are very sociable and those gentlemen conversed with us about numerous topics, which broke the Ice early in the voyage. The friendly banter and attentiveness, kept us laughing as well as informed, during our trip. We found them to be very personable Class acts. During the Mornings I'd conduct conversation with a friendly young man in the restroom (deck 14) before breakfast. His name is I Wayan Dodlk Kusuma Putra. He stood out because of his upbeat nature and we'd continue conversation daily. Every morning He remembered patrons and their topics of conversation, as though no time had passed. During the evening hours we'd converse with Jeffrey (Philippines) near the Bar on deck 14, during evening / late dinner hours. We spoke almost nightly because of numerous hilarious topics that he brought up to me and my new bride. Ravia at the Silhouette dining made evenings stand out. He came to patrons at his tables with humor and class, every evening. We started dining there and Before bed, we’d end at Deck 14. We are night owls, one could say. It is because of great people like these, in which you chose to have on your team; That we easily made the decision to book reservations with you all again.Embarkation
