Thoroughly enjoyed the cruise. The service was excellent. Food was very good. The entertainment was very enjoyable. Unfortunately, the day after disembarking our party of four tested positive for Covid.

We were excited about taking this cruise. We have cruised on almost all top-class lines, but never on Celebrity, however, a family couple convinced us to change our plans and take the Apex instead. It looked great on the website, but the reality was quite different. Despite the fact that the cruise is very modern and beautiful, when you are on board for eight days without proper entertainment and a wide selection of music places, it is a dull ship to enjoy with friends and have quality time together. It was crowded at the pools, and in the Solarium half the chairs were empty, with towels saved, resulting that we had to wait for one that was available for hours. The solarium was supposed to be an adults-only area, but babies and kids were also part of the non-relax area. The EDEN area is one of the most beautiful sections of the ship. At night, however, their down kitchen smelled fishy because it needs a more powerful extractor to be installed urgently to prevent it.  The BEST part of the ship was the service provided by the people, all of whom were top representatives of the company.

It was our first time cruising and we loved it so much that we booked 3 more cruises while there. We also had fun at the art auction and did lots of excursions. 8 days seemed long but at the end you felt like you had a full vacation. I cannot recommend it enough!

Was not wow-ed by my Celebrity Apex experience. It is actually making me contemplate cancelling our cruise on the Beyond later this year. The new class of ships did NOT live up to the hype.

Be prepared to pay for EVERYTHING! The company nickel and dime for everything! Even the water is costly.

Great cruise to relax and recharge. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate it was cool and rainy, but not the ship's fault. Celebrity created a wonderful Christmas Holiday experience. I will do it again.

I would definitely do a cruise again and on the Apex. I personally wouldn't do a Christmas cruise again because I was hoping it would feel more "christmasy" than it was. There were some beautiful decorations and piped in music, but it's just my preference that I'd like more Christmas. Other than that, the cruise was wonderful!

Crew is awesome. very helpful and smiling faces everywhere. the ship is in an immaculate condition. very modern looking design. they even thought about smokers and having 3 nice smoking areas.

It was nice to see other shillings. The Entertainment and Sgawna were the best things about the ship. Excellent Shows...and beautiful stage Technology...completely fascinating. We loved the Theater and the TWO pianists! The shows were incredible. We chose this cruise because it stops in Belize, which is more beautiful than Hawaii. We wished there was an overnight there because the port is nothing like the rest of Brlize. We would have taken as many excursions we could fit in but 8 hours is NOT long enough to see Palencia and Ambergis Caye!

We loved everything about this ship and the cruise. We felt that the staff went out their way to serve and please the guests. The food was excellent! Blu was a special part of our Aqua class. The entertainment was excellent. We really enjoyed the less family oriented environment on the ship. No water parks, or kids pools, or kids activities that cater to young children.

Best food of any ship. Beautiful and very creatively decorated. Easy to get around the ship as it is well marked. Staff was terrific.

I give the trip an 8. Food was great, ship was great. Alcohol was watered down. Some of the entertainment was Fantastic some was terrible. Ship was clean and the cleaning staff were wonderful. Beverage servers were poorly trained bartenders made crappy drinks. Taste nothing like they are supposed to taste. Hard to understand them and they us.

It was a great cruise. Unfortunately, the ship was rocking most of the time. We went on the same ship 6 months ago and it never rocked at all, but there were 12’ swells on this one. We still had a great time! One complaint we have about the Edge class ships is they only have high end shopping except for the celebrity shop. There is no where to buy a packaged snack or over the counter med. But other than that and the way the balcony’s are, we loved the Apex with all of its cool spaces and artwork. Plus the amazing theater and entertainment.

The Celebrity Apex is a wonderful ship. The only problem is that Celebrity has more than doubled their prices. We booked a Sky Suite about 18 months ago for $5,300, and the same cabin now costs $11,506 (even with their alleged “sale price “).

We loved the Celebrity Apex ship for its beauty, innovation, cuisine and exceptional service! We will be sailing with Celebrity again.

Like the Edge the Apex is an elegant newer ship. You have your choice of 4 (included with your fare) restaurants as well as a few premium selections. The buffet has a wide variety of food as well. The shows were excellent propelled by the latest technology. With a physically challenged person we were limited as to which shore excursions we could go on. There are plenty to choose from. We had a nice relaxing time...I even came out ahead from the casino!

Excellent and looking forward to another one on a ship as good as the Apex

Our 6th cruise with Celebrity-they are our favorite. Better food, better service, and definitely a step up from Carnival, Royal Caribbean, and especially Norwegian. You get what you pay for, although their no-tips, free wi-fi, and free booze is hopefully something other lines will adapt.

Fell in love with this ship, officers and crew. Would like to try her on a different itinerary
