Wish they did all inclusive instead of penny pinching every little thing.

Beautiful ship we lots of entertainment. Be prepare to wait specially for food.

As a first time cruise, this was amazing! We loved the ship amenities, food and service.

Everything was above expectations , I would recommend the Vista to families or couples. The serenity deck is exclusive to adults. Send the children to the fabulous camp ocean and enjoy an adult only floor.

The cruise was overall very relaxing which is what I needed most

The Vista almost ruined me for all future cruises. The ship has TOO MANY people on it compared to the number of employees. Lines were to long for the free restraunts (Guys Burger, Pig n Anchor). I DO NOT GO on vacations to stand in lines, thats why I hate Disney. The Buffet salad bar is horribley incomplete.....how about some fixings to go with lettus and salad dressing?

We had a great time, with a few hiccups. Know the ship beforehand! Know what to expect with certain things, i.e. the entertainment staff and pizza, bummer.

Cruise was an awesome experience and the staff of the Vista were incredible

The Vista is very nice and clean. Great staff all around. Our Stewart Angus was excellent. Make sure to do the White River Valley Tubing excursion. It will not disappoint!

Overall loved Vista and sailed twice on her and have future bookings on it. Love that we rarely had to pass the smokey casino and enjoy the layout. Just not a fan of the lounge set ups.

We had a great time even though we do not like Jamaica but we knew that going. Staff was great.

It was a rough start with this cruise, but overall we ended up having a great time and would definitely do it again (Havana style).

Was not at all happy with this cruise. Complained several times and nothing was done. The rude staff members was something I had never encountered before. We typically set at one table for the entire cruise but because our wait staff was so bad we set at a different table every night. The food in the buffet lines was just ok. After planning this cruise for over 6 months I was completely disappointed. I would rate it two thumbs down.

Awesome ship and service!!!!! The only complaint I have is that our excursion for Grand Cayman was cancelled late the night before so when we arrived in the morning to Grand Cayman we could not get off the ship until noon because there was not many early disembarkation times.

Excellent! Wish my Bed was more Comfortable! Left the Ship with a Back Ache. I want to book a Suite next year however afraid to pay that much money and my Steward has no Compassion!
