Review summary

Excellent! Wish my Bed was more Comfortable! Left the Ship with a Back Ache. I want to book a Suite next year however afraid to pay that much money and my Steward has no Compassion!

I’m very Disappointed with our Room Steward John! I told him the First Day we came the Bed Was HARD AS ROCK and asked him in writing to plead add more padding, remind you I haven’t seen this guy, I had to write a note! He did not do it and also the sink hot water team all the time we had no cold water. I called John and he said he would call someone to fix, that was not done and I’m in the Ship for 7 Days dealing with it! I’ve never had this issue before on Carnival, Royal Caribbean and Norwegian of the Seas! Very Disappointed!
