Review summary

This was an incredible itinerary and a beautiful ship. It never felt like we were sailing with nearly 4,000 passengers. Loved all the private areas and outdoor deck areas.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
Dining in the Horizons dining room took too long. The food was not very flavorful, especially the beef. Usually it was unseasoned and flavorless. Desserts were good, but on a cruise of this length more variety in meals would be appreciated. My husband was gluten free and He found few options for desserts other than ice cream. When there are so many delicious gluten free products available it was disappointing that this ship had such limited choices. Would also like to see more turkey bacon or sausage available

Entertainment

We didn't attend any of the shows but heard good reports. I however did not like the way the cruise director

Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was roomy and very comfortable. We had an aft balcony cabin in the Havana area and enjoyed this section very much. The Havana deck was more private and quite nice. Our balcony was twice as large as the side balconies.

Ship tip

The best food for lunch is Blue Iguana Cantina and Guy Fieri hamburger bar. The most flavorful food on the ship. The pizza was pretty good too and they did offer gluten free pizza as well as gluten free buns at the burger bar. Do the sky ride. Such a fun experience and good exercise.

Spent 5 nights here before the cruise. We really loved this city. Just lovely and not touristy.

Dubrovnik, Croatia

Loved this port and the tour of the old city in the walls. Beautiful! Needed more time to shop in each port on the tours.

Aix was a pretty town, but the tour was not real interesting. We did get a good amount of free time which was nice.

Stayed four days to see Gaudi's works, plus Montserrat and Sitges.
