Well started off Bad carnival transport from JFK staff didn't have the right passenger list with them small limo bus picked us up and their was allot of passengers that had to wait for other busses he could only take 10 passengers at a time. After that everything ran smooth cruise was fun , food ok, ship clean, crew professional always, Beautiful Ship, Ports of call OK, Disembarkation Good. Going home carnival transport horrible standing in line waiting in cold, windy ,rain for almost two hours in JFK line to finally arrival of bus that the driver said didn't know he had a pick up really!!.

I normally sail south. I really enjoyed going to Canada and enjoyed the beautiful weather.

9 out of 10 cruise. Dining service and front desk not what I have come to expect from carnival.

This was a great ship. This was my first cruise going up the east coast. Cannot wait to book another.

Casino, theatre, comedy club, and Lido Buffet way to small for 4500 passengers

First time on the Venezia and first time to these ports of call. All were great.

This was my first cruise and such a great experience! I had the best time and probably the most fun I've ever had on a vacation!

If you keep your expectations low, you will be pleasantly surprised. If you have high expectations, you might be disappointed.

The cruise was not what we signed up for because of Hurricane Lee but that is the chance you take when you cruise in September. Seas were rough and there was a lot of rocking. A few people were severely injured after losin their balance on the stairs. Elevator were interesting. I read the directions and figured them out pretty quickly but there were many frustrated people who never did catch on to how they worked. The first and last days were a huge issues as far as the elevators go. Overall I enjoyed my cruise. I was entertained and in good company. What more can you ask for?

This is my second time on this particular boat. I have three more cruises booked on this boat. I really enjoyed both of my cruises on the ship.

We were rerouted to Princess, Kay, Nassau, and Freeport due to hurricane Lee

We did not plan on taking any Carnival cruises. The reason we did with Venezia, is because we wanted to visit PR and St. Thomas. We even overpaid but over $500 of what we normally pay for a cruise. Then, the hurricane came and we ended up going to....Bahamas for the 6th time! Princes Cay was nice. But I can't blame Carnival, although hurricane never came close to the islands. The ship had a very Italian style, and had Venetian theme everywhere. That started with a giant pole that had huge cross on it, in the atrium area. The ship is clearly old and some parts of it were not really remodeled. But some areas were stunning, i.e. giant gondola in the mdr. There were several conveniences, such as multipurpose ATM and dining reservation via app, that made this cruise line stand out. The aft pool area floor is always wet and slippery. So be careful. I saw 5 people fall on day one. We also enjoyed that there was no push to buy next cruise.

We enjoyed ourselves. The ship is large and beautiful. Service, was good, aside for people wasting a lot food, there were many options to choose from. If we ate from the buffet I took a small portion to taste and got more If it was to my liking. I thought the casino needed better ventilation. The pools were small but I didn't mind. Overall we loved it, after all it's the fun ship.

The ship was beautiful and very well-maintained and clean. The staff could not have been more accommodating, happy and eager to please. The only complaint I have is it is definitely not a ship for children or teenagers. The pools can comfortably hold maybe 10 people now picture that with 20 people. There is no room to swim. There’s barely room to even move in the pools. Going out of New York City, a majority of the cruisers were from the city so there was a very large group of people from the Bronx and Brooklyn area. The worst part was the marijuana. I’m not sure how they got it on, but one very large group was smoking it on the ship and again on the private island.

The Ship from Captain Enzo all the way through to every staff member were amazing. Unfortunately the actions of guests on the cruise were unacceptable fighting, rude and it was excessive all the time. Normally a few bad apples but this was high majority of people just being nasty fist fights, kids running amuck. Probably will never cruise out of NY again.

There was alot of rude and inconsiderate people with their rude and inconsiderate children We make our cruise fun and a great experience always however it was overwhelming amount of negative people, fights and vulgar language.

Loved the ship!!! Listening to the negative comments about it(it wasn’t the the Carnival ships) didn’t bother us their loss we just didn’t like the unruly kids causing trouble and their parents ( wherever they were) not doing anything. But we didn’t let that stop us! Just wish Carnival would do something about that be fore something bad happens, or they lose more people!

Overall this is a very nice ship. There is a lot to like. My biggest issues were the shear amount of people on the ship, the service my room attendant gave us and what I feel is a downgrade in food quality. Maybe its the amount of people this staff had to attend too this cruise and the fact that its a bit more of a boisterous group of cruisers who are used to good quality service but in some cases I think the staff could have been better. All that said I would definitely cruise with this ship again if given the time and opportunity and see for myself if it was an aberration or an issue that management must address.
