The Ship from Captain Enzo all the way through to every staff member were amazing. Unfortunately the actions of guests on the cruise were unacceptable fighting, rude and it was excessive all the time. Normally a few bad apples but this was high majority of people just being nasty fist fights, kids running amuck. Probably will never cruise out of NY again.
Embarkation

We had to wait due to people getting off, by far the longest we waited for just people getting off, other then that it was very smooth embarkation, ( we had priority) it was really good was on ship, went to excursion desk, mustered, had a drink and got something to eat all within a half hour first time ever! Muster early everyone as we were waiting for over 300 people after 4 o'clock.

There is a variety of foods on board, the specialty restaurants were very good, The Italian restaurant and Bonsai Sushi were really good, and food was good in the MDR canal grande. Brunch was good and the buffet was just ok, didn't go to buffet during lunch or dinner.
Onboard Activities

We had a port canceled so we had 5 sea days, and there was never a dull moment plenty to do on board. My wife and I went to the gym a few days, and we also enjoyed the outdoor fitness equipment and jog track, the pools were small and very crowded we were able to use pool one day (early morning), ropes course was good, water slides were fun, casino was good ( very smoky), lots of shops for shopping wife and I spent some money in the shops lol, the pool and top decks and serenity were very crowded we were happy we had terrazza suite the terrazza area was great and frozen fruit was fantastic! Plenty of different bars to go to. Also wife and I did behind the fun tour which was fantastic, highly recommend ( limited spots available sign up early) we loved it!
Entertainment

The shows were good 👍 I really enjoyed epic rock, and vintage pop, we were able to meet some the performers and they were great

The Staff really makes it happen on this ship and they were all great at it especially with what they deal with everyday, and being away from their home and family, extremely grateful for them and what they do cruising wouldn't be possible without them.

The ship is really nice beautiful decor and design, although I did find the layout a bit tight and confusing 😕 but it was very nice and VERY clean and they were constantly cleaning (which seems they have to on this cruise) again shout out to the crew.

Cabin was great we had a balcony suite and it was so worth it!

Don't have high expectations and enjoy your cruise!
It was very cool sailing out of New York great sites and scenery and sailing past the Statue of Liberty was top notch! That being said I will never sail out of New York again unless I have a very good reason! My wife and did enjoy sightseeing in the city day before cruise!
Wife and I always love Grand Turk, didn't do an excursion this time, just walked the beach, went swimming, hung out at Jack's shack,met the new owner, wife and bought tshirts, and we met new friends from Minnesota and then before we left we went to Martgaritaville and went to the swim up bar, always a good port day for us..
We got off very quickly as we had priority and took our own bags, but I will say it was the worst disembarkation I have ever seen VERY disorganized and that was no fault of Carnival.
