Unfortunately we had too many days of rough seas. Then after that we had a great time. The food was hit or miss. We really enjoyed the entertainment and some of the activities such as the trivia and game shows. I was disappointed that I had a $175 charge on my account that I did not use and had to wait on lines at guest services to reverse the charges.

The sushi restaurant was awesome. The main dining room was hit or miss. Some meals were good others not so much. The buffets were not good. The pizza, guy’s burgers and tomodoro, were really good.

There were not enough pools, the pools were too small for the amount of people on the ship. There should have been a pool on the serenity deck instead of hot tubs.

The shows were great, the cruise director was fun and talented. All the performers were terrific.

The staff was wonderful. Aswar was our steward and he was great. Always smiling and helpful. Asrilia and lertak were wait staff in the dining room and they were both sweet and professional
Ship Quality

The design was confusing at times. A lot of up and down to get from Aft to Forward on certain decks. The marketplace cushions were heavily stained. Serenity deck should have been a great deal bigger. People reserved spots with their towels and then left for hours.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was great. Very clean. The only complaint was the shower door kept banging during rough seas, which was 4 days straight. It would bang all night long

Double check you sign and sail account. I was charged for a spa treatment that I didn’t not sign up for nor did I receive it. There was a $175 charge to my account. I am not sure how that happened since you have to present your card and sign for it.
