Overall I think it was a wonderful experience for me and my mother. I think the ship has a hotel like vibe which was nice but unexpected. The spa was wonderful and being able to have a massage was a treat. We met a lot of great people on the cruise and it was very enjoyable.

Overall this was a great vacation & we will cruise this ship again. All of the staff were great & we had a lot of fun!!!

Loved the cruise. My only complaint would be allowing smoking through entire casino. It was very smokey most of the time. It was difficult for my 80 year old Mother with chronic lung disease, to enjoy her slot machines. Most ships now limit smoking in the casino.

I think that the ship needs an overhaul, there was a lot of rust on the outside areas on the non balcony decks. Outside was pretty ugly, nothing to do but sit. The smoke stack was spewing stuff that stuck on you and it was also smoking a lot.

Excellent cruise with some good people. Staff was great and the Ultra was ok

Overall it was a fun time we just really didn’t care for the ship layout and the traffic was awful once we were off the ship.

Princess Cays Bahamas and Kings wharf Bermuda is a must see very beautiful Bermuda is a wonderful place to snorkel. The island is gorgeous and very clean people are very friendly there. I got to meet the captain of the ship he walked around amongst everybody very friendly the staff is very wonderful my husband and I got a lot of rest.

This was our first trip to Bermuda, wasn’t really as impressed with it as we are with the Bahamas. The most impressive part was the difficult decision the captain had to make to turn around several hours away from Bermuda and return there so a passenger could receive medical care ! The weather was outstanding and the seas were calm the entire trip

We had the best cruise ever - exactly what we needed - a perfect balance of fun and relaxation.

Overall it was a wonderful experience. This was our first time on Carnival and we thoroughly enjoyed it and will use Carnival again. The rain made embarkation a little tough but once on board we had an awesome time. The crew made it fun and did an great job. The ports were amazing and the excursions so fun.

There were some thing that was good and some that was not.

We had a great time, and enjoyed our time on the ship and our ports of call. Looking at a 10 days cruise on the Sunshine for 2021.

First cruise. Embarkation and debarkation were flawless. Loved our balcony room. Most of the staff went above and beyond especially Blessing. It’s definitely family orientated. If you want a seat at the serenity deck get there early. People love to save seating. The food is mediocre. Wished there were more choices. They absolutely need to put a pop machine on the ship!!! Please Carnival!! Getting to the bar to get a pop was the hardest thing we had to do. They have a swipe for beer, please add soda!! And ice on the decks would be nice as well.

The food, entertainment, music, sitting on the deck looking up at the star all so awesome.

Poor service from Carnival on October 14, through October 19th 2019, on the Sunshine. We proceeded to Guest Services as we couldn’t get the Hub App to open once we arrived on the ship,which you had promoted the entire time I planned this vacation. Your representative stated that because our phones had the 13.0 I couldn’t down load it she stated it wouldn’t work! I had no way of staying in touch with the friends I went with. Our cabin steward didn’t clean our room on Tuesday the 15th after we had asked for the 10 am cleaning. We arrived back to our room at 3:15 pm to shower and get ready for dinner. We had no towels to use, took 2 calls and 40 minutes to just get towels. Guest Services offered nothing by way of apology when we went to speak with them in person. We wanted to make sure our room would be cleaned when we arrived back to our room after dinner. The food was awful I found hair in mine twice! Different days same place. Your representative of the Java Cafe closed up early twice, we would go for our shakes and she would reply “I’m sorry we are closed “. When we stated the fun times shows you are to be open, again she replied we are closed. Very upsetting!!! Upon entering the casino the cigarette smoke was so thick we couldn’t even play the slots!! 25 minutes was the normal wait time to get a drink. There were 2-3 bartenders per bar trying to serve over 3000 people. A better system or provide more bartenders. I am most annoyed that I wasted a morning at Nassau. We booked the excursion the top 10 best sites of Nassau. This truly is a made up tour, you would think that Carnival would look at what you’re promoting for the excursions. Also it was disorganized and it started off late we had to wait on our bus that wasn’t there. On our last dinner in the MDR my waiter gave my food to another person at the table, they had started eating it before he realized it wasn’t what he ordered. I was given another person’s plate but politely passed it to them. My food was finally delivered after my husband and friends had finished their dinner. They didn’t even get my drink right, I asked for a glass of wine. My impression of Carnival Cruise Line has been tarnished, and I am now concerned about how other people will be effected if these behaviors are not addressed. This was my first cruise ever, there will be no existing cruise for us.Furthermore, Carnival has had the inability to deliver on this cruise , a vacation wasted!

Amazing!! Sailing out again in September and can’t wait!
