Review summary

First cruise. Embarkation and debarkation were flawless. Loved our balcony room. Most of the staff went above and beyond especially Blessing. It’s definitely family orientated. If you want a seat at the serenity deck get there early. People love to save seating. The food is mediocre. Wished there were more choices. They absolutely need to put a pop machine on the ship!!! Please Carnival!! Getting to the bar to get a pop was the hardest thing we had to do. They have a swipe for beer, please add soda!! And ice on the decks would be nice as well.

Something to do all the time. The pools however were always crowded so have to get there super early or not use them. The comedy club was fun. Mostly it seems everyone is at a bar at night.

Our steward Blessing made our trip. He was professional, courteous, and always went the extra mile. Could not thank him enough. The MDR staff was okay. Could see a staff member (waiter) cough without covering his mouth around all the patrons and food. (Not cool). Also, the service desk left our acct open and had a transaction happen to our acct that shouldn’t have. We had to go back to the service desk to have it taken care of. Adam, our Cruise Director was awesome as well. Miss his morning chats.
