I won’t be going on this cruise again. We will do a newer ship

Ship was elegant, in new shape and gorgeous with only a few seat rips in the Marketplace lounge. Well appointed, food was excellent all around. Ship was clean and we really enjoyed the shows. I was travelling with my two adult sons. They sang for hours at the piano bar with Giovanni and thought the shows were top notch. Only concern is watch for double charges. Was charged extra drink and class at the fitness center. This cruise gets 4.9 stars in my book!

I had a great time ..it was fun ..enjoyed the beach at the Bahamas...would go back ..

If you like being crammed in with a ton of people you don’t know with kids crying...this is the cruise for you! If you think you’ll relax and enjoy the peace and quiet, find another ship!

I don't like sounding negative but I did come on board with an open mind and had set my standards on the low side as cruises have a bad rap in my family. This to me seemed like a good cruise for those on a low budget if you like crowds and are very easily pleased. I try to always be positive and I had a great time and there were lots of things to like, but I just felt there were too many people for the facilities offered. Sometimes you could find a quiet time but that was rare. Halfmoon Cay was nice. Nassau was disgusting. Virgin is bringing out a cruise line which I think could be more to my tastes.

It was nice that they had wine for the adults due to us being soaked from the storm. My daughter got food poisoning from blue iguana. The outdoor entertainment was not great. No real pools to relax in and the hot tub was taken over by kids and their ice cream. The adult serenity area had 1 hot tub and it was always full. People just left their food on elevators and staircases. The water park wasn't open like it was supposed to be. We probably won't take this cruise ship again. I can say though the main dining room and half moon cay mad it worth it all.

The buffet needs to have variety more of food and everything else was perfect.

Travel down to port And back was rocky and sea sickness was an issue for many. But despite the weather, the staff and crew handled things with ease & In a friendly way. Enjoyed it a lot.

Under the weather circumstances this still turned out to be a great cruise. It was a rainy and cold trip but the staff still ran shows even on windy nights when the boat was rocking

This was a nice cruise for the holidays! The kids enjoyed the lighting of the Christmas tree, the special visit from Santa, and writing a letter to Santa. Our family enjoyed playing a game in the library every evening after dinner. Half Moon Cay was our favorite part of the cruise . . . it is as beautiful as a postcard!

Fun cruise, all staffs members are excellent, especially the cruise director.

After numerous cruises, this showed the service had fallen quite a bit and they charge for every little thing, it gets old, probably ruined us for future cruises with Carnival. Maybe other lines will be explored.

Felt the customer service was not helpful and we paid $106 for a order I had canceled and could not get it fixed. Also the balcony situation was a total mess, we did not get any support. We had joining rooms and could not share with family in the next room. They did not care. Tried to get assigned early seating and could not. The entertainment was very lacking compared to other cruise lines. Overall the worse cruise we have taken, not worth what we paid for the balcony rooms.

Enjoyed the whole trip for my vacation. Will take another one in the future. The cruise is a best way to go with a large group and also visit different places. Many activities happened in the ship and all family members enjoyed from younger to elders.

I had a great time on the cruise and even got engaged! :)

Everything except for a couple of entrees in dining room, was very enjoyable, and serenity deck was so relaxing on port day. I came back to the ship early, as I’d been to Nassau before. I had the Serenity Deck hot tub to myself! Hubby and I napped under the sun up there! Perfect!👌👍 We are Senoirs but tgeres something fun for all ages on this boat! I did my speed walking on the track in perfect weather second morning. Plenty to fo up there too with all types of games. Obstacle course, mini zip line, Basketball, ping pong, shuffle board, putt putt etc.

Family vacation with the grandkids the day after Thanksgiving.... great time to cruise and this was my first but not my last on Carnival. I really enjoyed this trip. The entertainment and staff on board the ship were so friendly and we were kept fed and entertained!

Cruise was Amazing everyone was so accommodating. I traveled with my elderly parents who have some disabilities and had to have scooters the boat is very handicap friendly the only issue is there are not a lot of handicap accessible rooms but we made do as they were all sold out by the time we booked. Plus the dining room where the buffet was did not leave a lot of room to have both scooters in there without some work. Would definitely make an area in the buffet dining room for scooters and wheelchairs

Will not sail with them again. Very disappointing
