Review summary

Felt the customer service was not helpful and we paid $106 for a order I had canceled and could not get it fixed. Also the balcony situation was a total mess, we did not get any support. We had joining rooms and could not share with family in the next room. They did not care. Tried to get assigned early seating and could not. The entertainment was very lacking compared to other cruise lines. Overall the worse cruise we have taken, not worth what we paid for the balcony rooms.

Disappointing that we could not share the balcony with family. It is the reason we booked the 2 rooms next to each other. The customer service did not care and it took 2cdays to be told it was not possible. Charged for items did not receive, customer service did not take care of issue.

It is difficult for handicap people and no help from staff. My husband had to walk way to much compare to what was necessary. Other cruise lines are more accommodating.

We loved the sunshine no issues. Any problems were taken care of. Joining balconies arent always a given.

My wife and I are both handicapped and have been on Sunshine a number of times and have never had a problem with layout of ship and walking

As far as the balcony thing I thought sometime ago John Heald has posted removing the partition is no longer allowed. As far as the dining time at the time of booking you’re supposed to select a dining time. If your dining time is full then you can waitlist but that doesn’t guarantee a dining time change. It will only open with cruise cancellations or once onboard if people don’t show up by the 3rd night. Not sure if you used a travel agent but if so they should of told you this. If not research goes a long way.
