Review summaryFelt the customer service was not helpful and we paid $106 for a order I had canceled and could not get it fixed. Also the balcony situation was a total mess, we did not get any support. We had joining rooms and could not share with family in the next room. They did not care. Tried to get assigned early seating and could not. The entertainment was very lacking compared to other cruise lines. Overall the worse cruise we have taken, not worth what we paid for the balcony rooms.
