I would definitely cruise with my family on Carnival again. Highly recommend to other families!

Ship was clean and staff SUPER great! Entertainment sooooo awesome! Food wonderful and calm setting and waiting staff above and beyond!

I had fun and will most likely go another time with different people to have a different experience.

There are definitely somethings that carnival could change to make your cruise and experience better. The entertainment is fun and the variety of food is good. The food it's self is not good. Many times it's cold when it should be hot

I enjoyed my carnival cruise because I was with family. But i would never travel on the Sunrise again. Way too many people, long lines

Overall, I enjoyed it. I wished I knew about the additional fees / charges at the end of the ship. I enjoyed the food. I hated that my family and I couldn’t sit together. I wished there were more excursions at Princess cays. I wished I knew that kids who are not potty trained can’t go into the swimming pool. I wish there were more hot tubs than just 4. I wished there was seating assigned for buffet. People were rude as heck for breakfast line, not enough food. I didn’t even get eggs. It was that bad.

We enjoyed the service, the food, our cabin and the Christmas activities. The entertainment was just okay. The rude and inconsiderate passengers that do not follow Carnival procedures, and are not asked to by Carnival staff, spoiled our vacation.

This would have been a much more enjoyable trip if there were less people on the boat or there were more pools/hot tubs/buffet lines/other things to do so that everything wasn't so ridiculously crowded.

More than expected and impress with customer care, stateroom guy was above and beyond duties

Overall we had a great time. Just hoping Carnival does not continue to refurbish their ships by adding more cabins. By doing this the ship became too crowded.

One person that went above and beyond was mini she was outside the dining room every night making sure your meal was perfect

I have done many cruises in my life, this has been my first time with Carnival and the experience has been a bit disappointing, there was a lot of fuss everywhere and a lot of waiting for everything ...

Great experience, clean, staff is so friendly. Only suggestion is they should add free cafe coffee, cold coffee and ice cream parlor for verity of desert. It is there but we have to pay for it right now.

The cruise was nice. Just wished it didnt have so much smoking.

Wonderful, exciting, enjoyable cruise aboard the Sunrise ship! I would even cruise on this ship again! That is how much we loved and enjoyed our time/memories here. The décor and Christmas decorations were fabulous and it really felt like a great crowd of people on board. There is plenty to do and we loved the options. We have zero complaints as our experience was exactly what we intended: #choosefun!

The sunrise general layout was good, however my cabin sucked and overall this was worst cruise vacation ever and I take a cruise ever year. My experience with carnival on this cruise will have me avoiding them in the future and before this trip CARNIVAL was my favorite cruise line. The activities sucked, entertainment systems did not work for shows, cabin sucked, and guest customer service sucked, room service sucked, I HAD TO TAKE A FEW DAYS OFF UPON MY RETURN FROM THIS TRIP TO REST BECAUSE THE CABIN I WAS IN NO SLEEP BECAUSE OF NOISE FROM OLD WALLS.. WALLS CRACKED ALL DAY AND NIGHT

It was a good cruise but I was disappointed to find that the ship damaged my luggage as well as the fact that the internet service I paid for didnt work the whole time I was there.

Last year was a better experience. This is didn’t have a lot of activities. How you guys managed embarkation was horrible, people were shoving and pushing to try to get off the ship. Some of my family members thought they would be late for the flight.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience on the Carnival Sunrise. I was able to get some much needed rest and relaxation. The food was great and I met some new friends.
