Easy process boarding the ship. A little busy when you first arrive on the ship. Having more elevators available would of helped the travelers move to available decks.

Dinning room had many choices and food was good. Good variety of specialty restaurants and food was tasty. The buffet had a variety of choices but could have had better tasting food.
Onboard Activities

Bingo, trivia games, walking the track, and swimming. Enjoyed these activities. Might have been nice if there was one more pool as both pools got crowded.
Entertainment

I felt the shows were good with enjoyable music. The different musicians were enjoyable to listen to.

Our dinning waiter was I Kadek. He was very pleasant and helpful. Made sure we had what we needed. Our room steward was Julius. He always made sure to greet us with our names and was pleasant. Our room was always neat and clean. He provided what we needed. Enjoyed the ships director, Georgette. She stopped by and talked to us on multiple occasions. Very enjoyable personality.
Ship Quality

The ship showed some its age but the staff was always cleaning and making it presentable. I realize that you had maps by the elevators but more directional wall signs might have been helpful. Kept getting turned around due to some of the decks not going completely from one end of the ship to the other end.
Cabin / Stateroom

Clean with lots of storage. Enjoyed having the large balcony.
Enjoyed this island. Our group did some kayaking and paddle boarding. The staff was very helpful getting is out on the water. The buffet was plentiful and had numerous lines so made it quickly through.
Last day disembarking went smoothly and easily. Disembarking for some of the excursions could have been handled better. Too many people at once trying to get down the stairs and not directional guidance.
