Review summary

When you get your port of call that you were most looking forward to taken away it is pretty disappointing. It seems like part of you fare should be refunded, not just port taxes. Still haven't received the refund from the missed excursions and port fees amd can't even log into the sail and sign account to check the status anymore.

captain knows what and how the ship can handle better than you. whether it was weather or the waves, he's in charge and responsible for every soul on that ship. the only thing you get back is port taxes and fees if a port is missed. you agreed to that in your contract you signed
