Been on over 70 CCL cruises, can roll with most things. This cruise was at the top of my worst cruises ever! Undisciplined kids, foul language, 1-2:00 am, no sniff dogs to detect MJ. Smelled it everywhere. Horrible..never again!!!

So many unruly kids…hot tubs, pools, and adult area pools all taken over by unsupervised kids. Every day, ridiculous.

Thought I was at an elementary school play. Cheap props. Comedian at PG show had no jokes to tell, just played off kids in audience, very slow delivery, boring, walked out.

Room steward Mark, excellent, MDR server, Ni excellent. However, security, supervision and overall peaceful maintenance for other passengers, totally lacking. Will never cruise this ship again for this reason. Never felt safe from hallway hoodlums, running, screaming, knocking* on doors all after midnight!!

Don’t expect too much. Friends had warned me from a month previous, I thought they were exaggerating.
Getting was fine however we were notified they changed terminals. Was suggested by Guest Services to go to old drop off terminal to meet my park shuttle van. This was totally incorrect info. Went to old terminal where I was dropped off initially and no one was there, no pick ups, no people, no ships. Was delayed an hour and a half with no one there. For a senior Solo elderly woman this was unacceptable.
That was our worst cruise ever also. This boat is exactly as you described. Kids all over boat out of control. Smell of pot all over the boat even in the serenity section. Smell so bad drifting into our room at night made us sick. This is a boat you should skip going on if you want a nice relaxing cruise
School breaks are the only time I really cruise. So I just deal with the kids. Unless it's in an adult only area then I complain. Sorry your trip was bad
Don’t blame Carnival, it was the worst ship we have been on also. It needs a lot of work when even Guys was bad. My wife commented that his BBQ was the best meal we had. Going on the Magic December 16th and should be back to the Carnival we’re used to.
Ugh I’m sorry it was so bad. I’ve been on this ship 3x and while I had a decent time it was the same issues and that’s it for me. Not booking Sunrise again.
