Review summary

The Carnival Sunrise is a horrible ship. It was overcrowded and has a horrible layout. If it was not for our wait staff, band, and performers our holiday family vacation would have been a huge disappointment.

Overcrowded and not much direction. Paid for the Faster to the Fun and still received luggage at 3:30pm

The dining room experience with our servers made our trip enjoyable. Shashank was amazing. The food was great. The buffet lines were always 20+ people in line. Overcrowded and horrible layout to get food.

The Sunshine Rock band with Emily and Brad made our trip memorable. They were not only amazing but friendly and personable. Elisa was outstanding on piano. Liam from productions was wonderful too.

Lol@ bags at 330... I'm diamond, and sometimes(most) i don't get my bags until after 6pm... overcrowded? They can't over sell a ship🤣🤣

overcrowded? you booked during a holiday!! duh!!! of course it's going to be full. faster to the fun doesn't say you get your bags faster, you get priority boarding. geez, even I'm platinum, almost diamond, and sometimes don't get my bags until 4pm. learn and read what you're purchasing before you buy.
