Do not waste money on a stateroom. You do not get treated any better. Do not purchase the drink package for $830. You must sit at the pool, restaurant, or a bar to use it You cannot get drinks delivered to your room unless you pay for them. Also you get a can of soda for yourself because you will be told your on the package. It was as if it was made difficult to use. We just wanted to sit on our balcony with a couple of drinks and enjoy the view.

WELL IVE ALWAYS RECOMMENDED THIS 7 DAY CRUISE TO MEXICO TO MANY FRIENDS AND FAMILY....HOWEVER AFTER THIS LAST CRUISE OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY WILL NOT TRAVEL ANYMORE AND FOR ONE REASON....THAT CARNIVAL DOESNT THINK WERE WORTH NMORE THAN 50 BUCKS FOR SPENDING ALMOST 2 DAYS IN LONG BEACH AND NOT GETTING TO SEE MAZALAN ....50 BUCKS IS WHAT THEY THINK WERE WORTH....I HEARD MANY MANY COMPLAINTS ON THIS SHIP FROM SO MANY PPL AND SOME SAID CARNIVAL OFFERED THEM NEW CRUISES FOR FREE OR HALD THEIR MONEY BACK.....BUT WE ARE ONLY WORTH 50 BUCKS...PROBADLY BECAUSE WE ARENT HIGH SOCIETY CRUISERS.....MY FAMILY FEELS DISCRIMINATED AGAINST AND SISNT GET WHAT WE PAID FOR AND CARNIVAL RESPONSE IS SO SAD TOO BAD....

I would totally recommend anyone to sail on Carnival splendor. The cruise director Lee does such amazing job in entertainment. I absolutely loved it!! Everything on Carnival is fantastic, I would totally take more cruises in the future.

Really take the time to experience everything that they offer if possible. It is a very relaxing vacation. We think cruises are the only way to vacation because you really get pampered.

Buy suvioners on last day. Listen on announcements. Take warm clothes even on summer trips, It's very cold inside. Get the FTTF pass on your first cruise, easy and fast embarkation

Make sure to go to Deck 6 or 7 Forward and go out on the secret deck (thru the door that says keep closed at all times) This is the Perfect Romantical spot for watching the Sunrise and sunsets. BEAUTIFUL!!!
