Review summary

We had really enjoyed ourselves. Everyone was so friendly even the other passengers. And my sister was in a wheelchair and everyone was so accommodating and helpful with helping her get around. It is absolutely the best way to vacation.

Food and Dining

The main dining room the food was pretty good. There were dishes that word new in exciting for us. In the buffet, It was OK. For the most part it was pretty good with the exception of the scrambled eggs, they were too watery for me.

The Coffee Shop

My sister and my friend were at that coffee shop sometimes two times a day. The lady I wish I could remember her name was so very nice and very friendly.

Grand Piano Bar

The piano player was so adorable. He really seems to have a wonderful personality. And it really made you feel very welcomed and just an all-around good time

The buffet was pretty good. The only thing I’m a very slow eater and everything was put away too quickly for me. But I do understand everyone needed to get ready for the dinner meal

We so enjoyed meeting our waiters. They were all so friendly and sweet. They really cater to your needs. They were all wonderful. I would like to say thank you to you Lino, May and Mark.

They were so very helpful. My sisters wheelchair one of the rubbers on the tile had fallen off and they were very kind to be able to put it back on for me I know it was not an easy thing to do

I did enjoy every single one of those. I really love the trivia games that was a lot of fun. The musicians were amazing. And I really enjoyed Julie. Her comedy was very very funny.

Very clean and very comfortable. It was really relaxing. And I love that you actually had areas put aside for wheelchairs.

I really enjoyed meeting Lino, May and Mark. They were all three so very helpful and kind. They just all three made you feel very special. And Mark had some pretty good dance moves.

Yes it was a very clean ship. You can tell that everyone works very hard to keep it in a immaculate condition.

Cabin / Stateroom

When I walked in I was very surprised on the space. It was very very nice. And I so enjoyed the balcony I think that was my favorite part. And Herbert was genuinely such a sweet man. It was a pleasure to get to meet him. He was so accommodating.

Ship tip

Really take the time to experience everything that they offer if possible. It is a very relaxing vacation. We think cruises are the only way to vacation because you really get pampered.

The only thing that was difficult about getting off the ship in Puerto Vallarta was you had to walk so far to get to the shopping mall or Walmart instead of just being able to walk cross the street. Other than that it was very smooth.

My husband had done the snorkel excursion and he said it was really funny he really did enjoy that. He said that there were so many fish and different things to see.

My friend and I had done the dolphin excursion or you get to swim with them. I was on cloud nine. That was the most amazing thing ever and it was the best thing that I’d ever done.

It truly was a wonderful time. My sister had never been on a cruise before and she absolutely had a wonderful time. She did not want to go home. Everyone he treated her so kindly.

Our cruise on the Carnival Splendor was wonderful. We had our 10 year old granddaughter with us and she had a great time. We never "heard I am bored". Carnival treated us very well and we look forward to our next cruise.
