A little difficult to navigate at first and got turned around a few times so keep your Hub app on, it was very helpful!! WiFi is terribly slow but understand with that many people all using it will slow it up so not really worth the expense of the WiFi package. Bought the bubbles pkg but looking back now my family and I did not use it nearly enough. There is plenty to drink at the buffets unless you are big soda drinkers-drinks are not free when you do sit down dining unless you have pkg, then it’s deducted/adjusted from sail and sign acct. next cruise I will take the allowed amt per person of soft drinks . Having bottle water ordered ahead of time and delivered to room on arrival is very helpful and cheaper too! Water on ship is really good too!

Do not get a room in the middle of the ship, it was constantly noisy and the room was extremely cold all the time the heater did not work.

Find out where you’re seated in the dining room. If you’re on a wing, move. You need to be seated on the interior, or you’lll be left out. 😞 Show up early for the buffet, or you will be waiting in very long lines.

I would not recommend this ship and the staff is clearly not to interested in the way it is kept up. When I addressed my concerns with Guest Services and explained how I felt it was unkept and dirty and how it appeard the crew had giving up on keeping it clean, Guest Services response was "It is due to head to dry dock soon so" I found that to be the worst possible answer. After 12 cruises with Carnival and 2 in the last month I find myself questioned my choice on this one.
