To tell you the truth I would not recomend this cruise to any of my friends. the dinners were not great and the waiters are quick to forget any extras you orderd.  The food was always someone elses and our seating was not good with the walls being where they were. However we did have a window seat. The windows in the Dining, Spa Area and our cabin window were always dirty. The entertainment we found to be somewhat good and the comedians were great, proabobly because i never saw that perticular act.The rest of the staff seemed busy checking on each other. Drink orders were quickly taken but very slowly delivered. I have sailed on Carnival before but this was the greatest by far let down I have experienced Would I sail with them again? I don,t know

Enjoyed the time with friends - excellent get away!  Ports were Cozumel, Belize, Honduras, Grand Cayman with two days at sea.  My husband took 2nd in the ping pong contest and really enjoyed the bing bag contest.  Wish the dancing started earlier!

We had a great time on the Carnival Splendor on our spring break cruise this year.  Our family went horseback riding and snorkeling in Belize,  we did the Zip Line Express in Honduras.  Our teens had a great time.  On the second night we went to the steak restaurant and decided to book it again for the last night of the cruise at the suggestion of our 14 year old. That says a lot!  The ship was clean, well equipped, pleasant and the adult area was a very relaxing experience. Love the days at Sea! 

Ours first cruise but was  amazing.  Very clean . Cuisine was excellent . The personel was friendly and professional. A lot of outstanding shows  during the days and night.

This is my 5th cruise and by far the worst one yet. The entire ship was unorganized and in chaos all the time. We spent more time waiting than anything else

 The ports were great, if it wasn't for them I'd probably be very upset, although we ran late for all of them. Dinner was good and our wait staff was excellent. The entire cruise was rocky to the point where drinks fell of the tables. Wasn't the seas, they were mostly calm, maybe it was just the ship. I'd love to take this cruise again just not with carnival. It's a shame. I've always cruised with them. 

It's just too much money to gamble on another bad trip. If you don't mind waiting in lines with pure chaos with nobody giving any direction this wouldn't be a bad trip for you. I don't have the patience. I'll be looking at Norwegian for my next one

This is my 8th trip or so on Carnival.  I wasn't too impressed with the layout of the ship's Lido deck.  The deck seem smaller than the ones on other ships due to the layout.  The water in my toilet was black the whole time, but I was told from another cruiser that theirs was fine.  The restaurants closed earlier than I remember - or it could just be this ship's schedule.  By the time we got back from excursions, the buffet was closed and the only choices were sandwiches and burgers since the buffet closed at 3:30PM.  The destinations were nice, I just didn't like the ship that much.

Out first trip with Carinval was excellent. Our cabin steward Dave was great. Mons and his crew took great care of us in the dinning room. All of the waiters and crew were great. We will again be sailing with Carinval. We hope it will be soon.

Great crew on the Splendor made our last minute get away fabulous.   The dinning room staff was especially awesome😎.  The ship was very clean.  Buffet lines were very long at peak times especially as the ahip.left each port.  

This was our second cruise on the Carnival Splendor. We picked this cruise as it had two ports we had not been to yet in Belize and Mahogany Bay. As usual the crew onboard gave us a great time. Can't wait for our next Carnival Cruise. As a side note...we prefer the Eastern Caribbean ports over the Western.

Amazing! We had a wonderful time on all  levels.  The crew was great and so was the drinks. I enjoyed all of the shows in theater aND the live performances. The comedians were all funny. I  would highly recommend this cruise to all.  You will always be entertained. 

My stateroom was  clean and  tidy.I must  say  the  dinner  was  excellent ,our  waiters Jermaine  and Danilo were exceptional, help celebrate my  son's 25th birthday. However  the  shows  were really  substandard  as compared to  other cruises we experienced. The production style  were  certainly  missing. The  activities  while ONBOARD were  limited ........ I will not  recommend  the  Splendor  to  anyone. 

the layout of the Splendor suck it forces all the adults to the back of the boat to get away from all the kids and there is no band there and the music music sucked

My cruise with carnival splendor was the best ever.. I had a little bump on the road but the staff was amazing I forgot my luggage in the airport and they went above and beyond to get my luggage I specially want to Thank Mario from guest services STEPHANIE from the kids club and the entire carnival team for the big help. The food was delicious the people were super nice and friendly. Rudy  keep our Room super clean room 9229 had the best view I would recommend this cruise to all my family members and friends.

Our trip started with Cruises. We had the pleasure of Katia Speller as our travel agent. Katia was able to get our best price and options for our trip. She made our vacation dream come true.

Our cruise was most awesome and we are thinking about going again next year. We hope to have Katia plan our next trip as well. The Carnival ship and crew were most impressive and the ship was extremely clean and well maintained for its age.

we really enjoyed our cruise. This was our second time we cruised. The ship was clean and  everything was very well organized with getting on and off the ship at ports.

I took lots of cruises in the past especially with carnival but not once it was as bad as this time. I invited my family since I turned sixty and the disappointment started at the port we signed in for early arrival but I did not know it meant that we had to sit and wait . We were not able to get into the ship until 2:45 we were so tired my grandkids were so hungry we left the hotel at eleven thirty to be in early check in as I schedule it .once in we had to go up and down the steps not able to take the elevator until 5:30 .they were so late to get the luggage so in . We went into our cabin so tired you could see the frustrations on the people faces but not one crew member showed any sympathy not one even smiled.. Once we got into our cabin our TV did not work our room aid kept saying the satellite we complained but then how much can you complain?i really want to forget about the whole thing but for sure I will not go carnival again even my grandkids.lots of issues very day either no tv until Thursday two days before we came back hot water in the shower ,they fixed it and it was cold but we got tired of complaining. The ice cream machine broke every day we wait in line and they are fixing it not even explaining or talking to us or apologizing to the problem very very unfriendly crew thank god we took excursions to be out of the ship. I am grateful to one crew member who for two mornings we asked for cream chees for our bagels and they kept on pointing to the little plates with white spread in it poor customers they were eating it thinking it was cream cheese but it was butter . The crew member came to help me and did not believe me so I held the dish and I said taste it please I am allergic to butter and I know it is not cream cheese my grandkids ate it . The cook then told her they were out for two days so she promised to bring us some went and she did bring us some I was very grateful to her.not other crew members cared.this trip is over I can go on and on of all the other wrong things. We went on the best cruises before this time it was not at all to our expectations.

The route that this cruise takes is very choppy. The boat on the first day was very rocky and I was sea sick the entire day because of it. I have heard from another family member that has taken the same cruise and was told they had the same problem. After the first day at sea, the islands are very nice and offer many different excursions that we took part in such as scuba diving (non-license), Mayan temples, and a 4x4 terracross/speed boat bundle. On the last island of the cruise, they were unable to dock the boat so we had to head back toward Miami a day early. The two days at sea were very grueling and seemed to drag out to no end.

Travelled out on Miami on Carnival Splendor 3/20-3/27. We took the kids (25,20,17) on a spring break cruise and had an amazing time.  EVERYONE we encountered with the Splendor crew was awesome...Appeared they genuinely desired to help regardless of the task. MANY excursions to choose from. We are clean-freaks...Ship was VERY clean, smelled fresh, everything shining.  HIGHLY recommend the 6PM seating and eating dinner in the dining room and then hitting the 8:15 shows. The dinner selections in the DR were fantastic, and the preparation, presentation, and taste far exceeded expectations. Order whatever you want...There's never a charge for an extra appetizer or even a second entree if you cannot choose.  Our DR service team was GREAT and totally responsive to every need. Trust me - Relax in the DR and stay away from the buffets!  Evening shows and comedians were great!  We went on great snorkeling trips and hit the beach in both Cozumel and Belize City, but Roatan was a total surprise - AWESOME shopping and beach!  Take the chair lift to the beach!  Missed our Costa Maya stop due to high winds so we had an extra day at sea, which turned out to be fun and relaxing. The crew went above and beyond to keep us entertained and happy.  We didn't hear a single complaint. When its really difficult to think of a single disappointment, you know you had a great time - That was us! Overall, it was a fantastic vacation and one we'll remember forever. 

this was our honeymoon and the service on this ship was horrible! The staff were not friendly and very rude! The food choices were very limited and didn't taste good at all. The ports were great but the overall shop and cruising experience was horrible! Spoke to guest services about some of the incidents and they didn't care at all. Will never go on this ship again and maybe not carnival again.

We had a great time. The cruise was great!  The staff was the best. Everyone we encountered took great care of us. We don't have one bad thing to say about our experience.
