The only complaints were 1) brunch was mediocre 2) we were on an elite and we only got gifts 5/7 days. I got moldy fruit on one day and the other gifts were not great considering my husband alone had 50k in points.

Alaska cruise is different than Caribbean cruise. Vibe of the ship is calmer. Enjoy beautiful scenery

For our first cruise was not a let down. Thoroughly enjoyed ourself.

We had a fantastic time. We didn't want it to end.

The Carnival staff was amazing. The views at each port were great. However, down one star because the port times were way too short.

It was my worst cruise ever I have been to Alaska one other time and it was fabulous but for some reason this cruise on the Spirt was not good

One port was very disappointing, one port was only somewhat disappointing and the last two ports were OK. The food on the ship was very mediocre. We''re not sure if we will cruise with Carnival again any time soon.

Enjoyed the cruise very much. Only had 4 ports, so there were a lot of sea days. Very relaxing. I read a couple of books and really enjoyed the weather until we left Cabo. Older guests than on most cruises. Only had 22 kids under the age of 18, so very quiet.

Overall we all had a great time. We are all avid cruisers and get to cruise about 5 times a year, so the minor hiccups we experienced were not a big deal. Most of us are Platinum with Carnival and have been on many of their ships. It seems that like all corporations these days, that Carnival is cutting back in several areas.

Noticed a big reduction in cutbacks which is understandable, did not know how to redeem our loyalty perks such as free water for the room a free drink on the last day a pin, we found out on last day of cruising we had to ask a certain bars for this

I loved my week on the Spirit, our cruise director, Erin, really made the trip that much more enjoyable. I’m already looking to cruise with her again. The ship is dated and needs a few upgrades but still worth the trip.

Did I mention the Windmill cake at the Chocolate Extravaganza? Life altering. The Spirit is a really nice ship with the best crew we’ve had in 20+ cruises. Proves that big and new is not better

This was another successful Carnival Cruise for our family and large group, everyone had fun and enjoyed the Ports of Call, Carnival may not be everyone’s favourite cruise line, but for us and the kids it works, we will continue to use Carnival and work towards our Diamond status

Good surprise, this was a rescheduled trip from Covid that we picked for itinerary on a different larger ship which Carnival later swapped for Spirit and were disappointed, but our son went to Alaska on Spirit and really liked it and we ended up really liking it and had perfect weather to boot, now we have to wait 6 months to sail sister ship Pride!

Relaxing, nice ports of call, service and staff were polite and friendly. Loved the dance party time in main dining room. Older and smaller ship so don't expect a lot of amenities.

10/10 would do this same cruise again. You couldn’t script a trip to be as nice, relaxing, and enjoyable because no one would believe it could be that good in real life but it was.

Cruise was great for price. Was very impressed with dining room food & buffet desserts at lunch time!

We had the best time. If you don’t have fun in this ship and this itinerary then you won’t have fun anywhere.

Overall I had a wonderful time and would cruise this ship again.
