Review summary

Noticed a big reduction in cutbacks which is understandable, did not know how to redeem our loyalty perks such as free water for the room a free drink on the last day a pin, we found out on last day of cruising we had to ask a certain bars for this

Appreciate your feedback. There should have been a QR code in your cabin telling you how and where t get your perks. Sorry if it wasn’t there, but happy you figured it out. Glad you enjoyed your cruise.
