This was the worst cruise experience I have ever had. Been in different cruises but this was the worst by far. Cheap food, long lines, wrong information and rood personal besides Alex and his team in the restaurant. They were amazing. Also the house keeper was very nice. MSC is way more modern and clean. All toddler rules were ridiculous. He couldn’t get to do anything nor we because we had to try to entertain our toddler ourselves. No indoor out door 5 years under play area and not allowed in the pool. Splash park was also closed when ever we go. I would never ever again book with Carnival again or recommend. My friends are planing to go next month and I advised them to go with Royal C.instead and explained them our experience. We booked initially balcony room for my parents and ocean view for us. My parents had to cancel theirs in last minute of coutures they hold almost all the money but top of that we were treated poorly because we stayed in the first floor even though we end up paying more than anyone else. They didn’t allow us to use elevators when we were carrying our luggages and toddler with stroller. Provided lower level poorer restaurant option and had to debark last. Over all experience was horrible with this cruise.

We had to wait 3 yrs and it was worth it. We booked another trip for next year.

One of the best vacations ever!!! I felt extremely comfortable and safe being everyone was fully vaccinated and showed a negative Covid test. Felt like a true vacation given the situation. I will be cruising more often.

The boat was very dirty. Clean towels were even yellow. Balcony never cleaned even before we got on. We were sat were someone else just ate at.

my friend purchased a massage special for two but when she received her bill, she was overcharged. she called Carnival customer service but didn’t receive a resolution. she called her credit card company to dispute the over charge.

We would definitely cruise with Carnival again and try some different ports next time. The balcony upgrade was worth it! Enjoyed the peace and quiet of the private balcony.

Great cruise if your looking to just get away and relax. Kids had a great time. I would go again just for a cheap getaway. Food needs major improvement.

This was our third time on the Spirit. We love the crew, Stu the Cruise Director and the wonderful captain. The shows were good and new Australian touches were being added. There was construction in the middle of the night that we had to complain about but overall we loved it. Jessie and Show Band were the highlight.

In addition to the pros above, we very much enjoyed the daily updates from the ship's naturalist.

The ship and decor seemed dated and worn. The food overall was just satisfactory, nothing spectacular. The entertainment was a little boring and their biig show night we had seen the same exact show on the cruise we took the year before on a differnt ship. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The obstructed view balcony was wonderful! Our view was great, the only obsturction was if you wanted to look straight down. We sat on our balcony all day while cruising Glacier Bay day. We felt like we could just reach out and touch the glaciers and we could hear everything the naturalist said.

We were very happy and impressed with the crew. If there are problems with the personnel, then we can't believe the cruise would be enjoyable. Meals, rooms, entertainment and decor were all wonderful. We were very delighted with our cruise experience!!!

The ship, and it's crew were great. We sailed Carnival Spirits' last Alaskan cruise. No complaints about the ship. Clean, nice rooms, and lots to do.

The ship has everything that will give their guest the best time possible. We are already planning our next cruise.

This was mine and my wife's first cruise ever. Wasn't sure what to expect, but we know when we have good service and bad food. Every employee on the ship was very helpful and willing to help. We really liked our stateroom steward, Angel, and our waitress Paramita. Some of the best services we've received. The breakfast was terrible. it looked and tasted like it was cooked and stored from the previous cruise and then microwaved to heat it up. Dinners on the other hand were excellent. Never had a problem with the food. The buffet is hit or miss for lunch, but if the dining room is open for lunch I would recommend going there instead. The activities were kind of boring. Definitely geared toward the older crowd. Lots of bingo and trivia multiple times throughout the day. It would've been better to have more music or shows or activities. Overall, we had a great time and would cruise to Alaska again, but we would for sure try a different ship or cruise line.

The ship was in good standing on cleanliness and what it had to offer. The crew was rude and non helpful especially the Customer Service desk. This was the next to last cruise that the Spirit will do in Alaska before heading to its new home in Australia and it showed. I know they have to deal with many people at once but you never let go your customer service priorities and be lifeless and non helpful in your dealings with the passengers. They also need to make sure their crew have a good handle on issues that arise and not give out inaccurate information.

It would be so much better to have casinos on an end of the ship so it is optional to go, not forced to go through to dinner.

The ship was clean and the stewart of our cabin was verygood and took good care of us. It is a beautiful cruise and very relaxing.
