Review summary
This was mine and my wife's first cruise ever. Wasn't sure what to expect, but we know when we have good service and bad food. Every employee on the ship was very helpful and willing to help. We really liked our stateroom steward, Angel, and our waitress Paramita. Some of the best services we've received. The breakfast was terrible. it looked and tasted like it was cooked and stored from the previous cruise and then microwaved to heat it up. Dinners on the other hand were excellent. Never had a problem with the food. The buffet is hit or miss for lunch, but if the dining room is open for lunch I would recommend going there instead. The activities were kind of boring. Definitely geared toward the older crowd. Lots of bingo and trivia multiple times throughout the day. It would've been better to have more music or shows or activities. Overall, we had a great time and would cruise to Alaska again, but we would for sure try a different ship or cruise line.Ship experiences
