my friend purchased a massage special for two but when she received her bill, she was overcharged. she called Carnival customer service but didn’t receive a resolution. she called her credit card company to dispute the over charge.

Not good. I was detained due to my covid test not having my birthdate on it. i went to an urgent care facility and took tge covid test 2 days before cruising. there was no message that it had to include my birthdate. i had drivers lucenseand passport with birthdates. two other friends eere delayed as well. we missed thevwelcome aboard facility
