Review summary

my friend purchased a massage special for two but when she received her bill, she was overcharged. she called Carnival customer service but didn’t receive a resolution. she called her credit card company to dispute the over charge.

Not good. I was detained due to my covid test not having my birthdate on it. i went to an urgent care facility and took tge covid test 2 days before cruising. there was no message that it had to include my birthdate. i had drivers lucenseand passport with birthdates. two other friends eere delayed as well. we missed thevwelcome aboard facility

Appreciate your feedback. Sorry you felt miss informed concerning your Covid test requirements and your obstructed view cabin. Be sure to read the fine print in the future.
