Enjoyed the food Staff is top notch Good price for cruise

The wife and I’s second cruise. This was our first Carnival cruise. Our location on the ship and room were great. The service was excellent. We learned a couple lessons for next time.

Make sure to have your birth certificate even though it seems you don't need it.

It was a great cruise, everyone who worked on board was wonderful.

Overall very fun cruise! However, a lot of fun onboard seemed to require more money (deal or no deal, bingo, arcade, etc), and there was not a lot else to do. Ended up spending a lot. Wish there were more entertainment options without additional costs! Also the kids camp hours were funky, so we only ended up using them once. They were always closed in the late afternoon when it would have been ideal to use them (post lunch, pre-dinner). But everything was really fun and we had a great time!

First time on a cruise and it was not good will never do it again

My two teens enjoyed every minute on this ship. The teen clubs are amazing. The teens never get board always something fun to do.

This was an interesting cruise if you enjoy people watching. It is not recommended to get off on Ensenada unless you really need that cheap trinket and booze. It's easy not to gain weight on the cruise (I lost a few pounds) since the food isn't that great.

I can’t wait to go again. This will be a once a year thing for me

It was our first time doing a cruise and it was pretty fun. The foods in the ship was very average and nothing to boast about. But the drinks they have are great, so many unquie cocktails. We unfortunately had poor weather, it was cloudy, windy, and cold most of our trip, even though it was in June! There were many entertainment options, but only a few that are actually worth attending. We want to give shout out to Jomar our room attendant, Marko the bartender from Hero's bar, and Ana Cristina our guide in Ensenada for being exceptional and makings our trip fun!

We had a wonderful time and so much fun. The food was so good, the ship and rooms were clean and good smelling. The pools, activities were fun and overall we loved our time on the Carnival Radiance. The only 3 things I didn't like was that customer service desk staff are rude, the internet availability is way to expensive and the scrambled eggs at the breakfast buffet are awful.

I think this cruise is popular because it is only 4 days and relatively inexpensive. If all you are interested in is drinking and partying, then this might be for you. But for older folks or traveling with family, there are much better options to choose from.

If you are debating between RC Navigator or Carnival Radiance for your next trip, definitely choose the Navigator, the ship and entertainment program is exponentially better. But if you are set on Carnival Radiance, lower your expectations on mostly everything except the pizza restaurant (SO delicious) and the comedians (top notch, hilarious!)

I went on this cruise for a different purpose than many do: I needed the creative space to make progress on a writing project. So I came with a laptop and got exactly what I needed, with all my other needs (food, workout facilities, varied spaces to sit and think) cared for. It was perfect!

If it seems like a lot was off, way more was on and it was a three-generations vacay full of fun & laughter!

Dinner was one of my most memorable moments due to our wait staff Sunny and Shawn. They took the time to learn all of our names and treat us like they knew us on a personal level.

All in all the staff made this experience unforgettable! The organization from boarding, to day by day schedule , to getting off the ship well done! They have the formula down to ensure all guests receive the same experience of fun and vacation. This definitely unplugged us from our daily routines and had us have moments of personal time, fun time, entertainment and so much more.

The on board cash credit is hard to track the way the ship shows on the balance site on the Carnival Hub. We had to go to the Guest Services desk to ask how to read the balances. Need to make it more user friendly.
