Review summary

All in all the staff made this experience unforgettable! The organization from boarding, to day by day schedule , to getting off the ship well done! They have the formula down to ensure all guests receive the same experience of fun and vacation. This definitely unplugged us from our daily routines and had us have moments of personal time, fun time, entertainment and so much more.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Wow!! Can’t believe the amazing service we received! Calling us by our first name definitely felt personal and remembered our drinks. Very attentive and making sure if we were okay or needed anything. The fact that you walk into the elevator and a staff member immediately say hello or Good Morning. Gede, our room steward, was 100% always on time and made our rooms feel welcome with cleanliness ready to be in our room. The animal towels have the perfect touch to the room.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Yes, definitely cleaned and if spills occurred staff was already on it. Loved how each section had its own unique area for each guests to enjoy.

Cabin / Stateroom

It was superb! It exceeded our expectations and each day Gede will always clean and make our bed. He was very kind and thoughtful by placing animal towels each day. Love the pride he had for his job. The size of the room at first were like where will all of our stuff fit and it was enough for us to keep our room organized. The beds and pillows so comfy that it was hard to wake up.

Ship tip

If you need to unplug, a cruise vacation is the way to go. Don’t need to think about anything as everything is readily available.
