Take an extension cord and multi plug for charging phones which are needed for the Carnival Hub. Be aware everything is on the hub app so you need your phone. Be ready for fun.

Book a cabin midship on either deck 4 or 5. This will save you a ton of walking since there is only one dining room at the back of the ship.

For someone who is crude many times You tend to see The inadequacies that are there, but for a 1st time cruiser it would be just fine

It's a smaller ship, older but mostly kept up.

Ask for a port-side cabin like we had so that you can see as the ship comes and leaves the port.

The ship needs repairs, the Lido deck has places where the rubber fabric is pealing up, other places have patches but the rust is bubbling up underneath. I would not discourage anyone from going but I might advise them to pick another ship in the fleet.

If you have smoke allegeries or sensitivities avoid the casino and areas around it and the starboard side of the decks they allow smoking.
