This cruise to the Panama Canal had been anticipated for years. Originally, we were disappointed when ports of call were changed; however, once on the cruise we enjoyed all of our stops. We especially enjoyed Aruba and Curacao as it was our first time there. The transit through the Panama Canal with explanation was impressive despite the rain. Loved every minute of our cruise.

Food and Dining
5 out of 5
We had the best wait staff in the dining room. Our servers were very attentive and knew what we wanted before we even asked. ( I Nengah, Nengah and Gede) Sweet Spot had lots of variety—great German Chocolate cake, enjoyed pizza, ate several times at Guy’s Burger Joint.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
We enjoyed our activities, but would have liked better dive-in movies and better show times. We participated in Bingo (Alexis was a great bingo caller who would make a good cruise director), Trivia, Frog Race, Karaoke, Corn Hole competition, Dancing, Cocktail Party, Water Slide
Entertainment
4 out of 5
Playlist stage shows were high energy—great costumes, choreography; however, singing was often off pitch. Singers and bands in other locations like the Red Frog Pub were exceptional—Showstoppas were exceptionally good.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Our waiters were awesome —I Nengah, Nengah and Gede. Our cabin steward, Ketuk, welcomed us and had our room clean and freshened each day.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
The outside had a little rust, but they were painting in the ports. They were always cleaning, windows, balconies, everything. The Pride is our favorite ship in the fleet. It is not too big and provides a family feel.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
There was only one electrical outlet in the whole cabin with no phone charging station. Our travel mates had charging stations in their lamps — we did not. Otherwise, we loved our cabin. The bed was very comfortable. We had good water pressure for showers.
Ship tip
Take an extension cord and multi plug for charging phones which are needed for the Carnival Hub. Be aware everything is on the hub app so you need your phone. Be ready for fun.
