Muster drill after standing in the hot, long lines to get on the ship is outside where you stand. Go at the very end to avoid standing 45 minutes for a 2 minute instruction that you won't hear over the screaming babies that are hot, tired and thirsty. Cruel

Bring a small fan for your room. It's handy in case you don't think the room is cool enough, or to block out any noise from adjoining rooms. But bring an extra extension cord, there are limited outlets in the cabin. Bring reusable water bottles for water!

So many tips I could leave here...guys burgers are awesome. Make sure to plan meals around those hours. Blue iguana breakfast is amazing. Get FTTF!!! So helpful, quicker on board. Get luggage right away. Room is ready when you board. No lines at guest services. Quicker tendering at HMC.

Bring some nice outfits for formal evenings and pictures, eat in the dining room at the scheduled time at least once, its a whole experience, plus they have a dinner show during the scheduled times and your wait staff gets to know you, the buffets are great for lunch or breakfast.

Enjoy everything that Carnival Pride has to offer. Sit in the lounge and listen to Flowuptuous Sing. Play bingo and trivia. Go to the seminars and learn all that you can; they're free and very informative. Grab some popcorn and watch the movies. Over-all have a wonderful time, you're on vacation.

Don't look for too much as far as activities, but it is definitely relaxing. A cruise, as any vacation, is what YOU make of it!

Make sure that whatever you buy from the duty free areas is also duty free when you get back home. Our items were a little over the dollar limit allowed limit and we had to pay a bit. But the customs people were very nice and accommodating.

This a family oriented cruise with impeccable services. There are lots of activities and an adults area only for privacy. Bring your own cans (no Pepsi products) and try the taste bar to get a sampling of the other restaurants that you pay extra for. It's that good! Bring a scuba mask for the beach.
