I'd choose Carnival again, for my cruising adventures. The entire experience was very pleasing and relaxing. I loved it. This was also my son's first time cruising and he really enjoyed himself. We'll see you again Carnival, in a few years.

The embarkation experience was easy and quick, which is what I like.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
The food choices were good, but you should have more options for Vegans. A Vegan pizza, Vegan desserts or even Almond Milk would have been super.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
A lot to do. The fitness station was just WOW! I loved playing Bingo and of course, I enjoyed the Casino. I also love the free seminars and presentations. I purchased a pair of orthotics and my feet have never felt better.

Cabin was clean. Rowena, the young lady maintaining the cabin was kind and very pleasant. More towels were brought without me requesting them. A huge bonus.
Ship tip
Enjoy everything that Carnival Pride has to offer. Sit in the lounge and listen to Flowuptuous Sing. Play bingo and trivia. Go to the seminars and learn all that you can; they're free and very informative. Grab some popcorn and watch the movies. Over-all have a wonderful time, you're on vacation.
I went on a tour of the city and Tracy, our tour guide, knew his stuff. He was personable, humorous and kind. I did not book this tour through Carnival, but purchased it while on the beach at Grand Turk.
I booked a Garden Grove tour and city tour excursion through Carnival, and it did not disappoint. The Garden Grove had a lot to see. I also enjoyed the small shops at the grove because they had items I did not see anywhere else. So it felt pretty special buying a handmade doll that wasn't commercially distributed throughout Freeport.
I felt the same way in 2011 my first Cruise @ age 55..planned and started sailing again in 2014 went alone.2015.,2016.2017.now a retirement 7 day Cruise in April 2018.
