Not pleased

It was a great vacation. We couldn't find anything wrong. The cruise directors and staff was great. The ship was clean. You would never have known there were 2000 guests on the ship. It had so much room to move around. There were always lounge chairs at the pool. Lots of activities to do. We really enjoyed our vacation. Half Moon Cay and Grand Turks were beatiful too.

Ship was very nice.It had many pools, but none very big,which was OK by me.It was easy to get from one place to another rather quickly on the ship.Stewards and dining personnel were great.I would take this ship again.

The Carnival Pride is a great ship! There are lots of things to do like swimming, work out, many different types of bars and entertainment. The food was great. The crew was fantastic, helpful and readily available.

We had a great time on the ship. I don't think there was anything that we didn't like.

My husband and I have cruised before but this was the best. This ship was larger than others we've been on. The staterooms were a bit smaller on this ship. Beautiful ship though. There was enough room for the two of us, but others travelling with us were booked three to a cabin and were a bit cramped. The entire cruise ship staff was friendly and professional. Our dining room waiters were the best. We wanted to take them home with us. They were so nice and fun to be around. We all looked forward to seeing them each evening. It was like they became a part of our family. We had a very memorable time.

First Carnival cruise. Not impressed with the food, ship layout, size of the pools, etc

This was the worst of my 5 cruises. It wasn't awful, but little details seemed to be lacking on this boat. The pool areas were small and there were times when there was so much trash on the decks, you had to clear things away to sit in a chair. Our waite staff was fair at best. I don't think they called me by name or even asked what my name was. We were refused entrance to the main dining room on a non-elegant night when my fiancee wore dress shorts. I had some jewelry taken out of the "locked" safe and then returned 3 days later.That was really weird. I knew going in that this was not the best itinerary, but the trip confimed it. The islands were just ok, nothing stood out as exceptional. Puerto Rico was probably my favorite of the three stops, but we were there so late 5PM to 12PM, you couldn't really get out and explore the island.

The ship, even though it is not a newer ship, was very clean and in great condition. The staff was very polite and accomodating. The food was great and the activities were plenty. It was worth every penny that we spent.

Overall the cruise was very nice. The food was extra good on this cruise. We were also able to dock at all ports, so no tendering was involved. This was a new itinerary for this ship which might have added to periods of crew disorganization.

The food and service was really good...Our room was well kept.

The ship was set up very well, the crew had a lot of activities for all ages, and the art aspect of the ship was very nice.

the comedy man "Jerome" was the best!! We laughed till we cried!

This was a great vacation! All of the crew were friendly and helpful. The shore excursions were outstanding. The food was excellent. The entertainment was great-something for everyone. Overall, I would give this cruise a 10!

The ship was beautiful and always clean..Everyone we talked to was having the time of thier lives... the personnel were always kind and considerate.

The ship was beautiful. It was elegany in every way. Our stateroom was great, and we never once felt as if we were crowded. I have been on other ships over the past few years, I think this was my favorite ship so far.

Well oiled machine ... everything seemed to be very well planned and thought out.

The ship itself was spectacular....the rooms were just gorgeous..the linens were so soft and comfortable it was very high class. te food was delicious and consistent. everything about the ship was taken care of...the help was veryu friendly and helpful even if the request was not really their job. and they said hello just for the heck of it as you passed. you can see that everyone is well trained and the aim of the cruise line is to make sure you come back because they pay attention to every detail. ther's so much to do all day and night. there's so much food to eat anytime you want and theyve done away witht he wasteful buffets and simply have well cooked delicious food available very very late into the night with pizza and calzone, which was excellent, available 24/7

As a first-time cruiser I didn't know what to expect. The ship was huge and beautiful. All areas of the ship were clean and the hospitality of the staff blew us away. We had a stateroom with a balcony that was very comfortable and kept clean by the room steward who called us by our names even on the first day. Our dining room waiter and bar waitress were amazing, friendly and courteous. The shows were great also and there were various entertainers during the days and evenings as well.

A great staff! They made you feel very comfortable.
