I've never been on a cruise, I was scared because I get motion sickness. My first step onto the ship, I felt a little bit sick, but, then immediately put on a patch, and within 15 minutes, I felt fine. I also wore the wrist bands. I had an absolute blast! I didn't want to get off!!!! The staff was amazing! Food was fantastic!

Beautiful ship, friendliest crew on the high seas and delicious food.

Still love this ship but since this was my third time , I could definitely see that the ship is ready for some sprucing up which i believe is forthcoming - food service and quality were good - wait staff may have been new crew (not as attentive as i am accustomed to) Entertainment in the Taj Mahal lounge was disappointing this cruise

Really enjoyed the ship. Nice layout, elegant decor, and fantastic crew.

My overall review of the ship was excellent. I applaud the staff for trying to make the best out of an extended stay onboard because of the weather. My only complaint is that I believe some level of compensation should have been extended to guests since we missed two of our port of calls. We received $10 for not going to Freeport but that hardly makes up for what should have been 3 days in the Bahamas. Further, Carnival should monitor more closely the affiliation with offshore excursions. We paid $40 for beach excursion and the service provided was worth $15 at the most -- and that would be for transportation alone Very meager accommodation -- borderline ripoff. Bus drivers was a pervert, the beach was all but non-existent and the free drink was a plastic cup of fruit punch.

Easy boarding ship, Great food in the dining room. Great shows, we had a balcony state room which was great and a lot of fun.

We thought the ship was big enough for everyone on board, we never felt crowded. The rooms were modern and well kept. The pools were small, but there were 3 of them. Lots of activities for kids and adults. Even our teenagers were engaged.

Great ship, however the next cruise I book will be adult only, too many kids.

the overall service was excellent especially the room steward. i would have had more activities around the poolside like i had on a previous cruise .

The Pride's interior is designed to look like a mid century castle. Ther are reproduction of paintings on all the walls. The halls near the elevators were dark it was impossible to read the signs describing what was on each floor.

Cruising out of Baltimore has it's plusses and minuses. Only minus is the potential for heavy Atlantic seas. We encountered tropical storm Bonnie and missed our ports of call in Grand Turk and reeport. They diverted us to a day in Nassau which was OK. No refunds of any kind because of missing the ports of call. We were on the ship for 5 out of the seven days which got to be a little long. The crew did it's best to entertain everyone. The comedians scheduled to get on board in Freeport could not, so we missed two comedians. The first two were excellent--had everyone in stitches. The food was excellent as well as the service. I would not recommend getting the prepaid all you can drink soda option. It cheaper to just buy it by the can, and your recieve better service when you do that. Despite the rocky ride--8 to 10 foot waves due to the tropical storm, still an excellent trip. Half Moon Cay was worth the trip alone! Will book again with cruises only--very easy and provided good service.

This was our second cruise on the Pride and we enjoy both trips.

Immaculate--and the staff was fantastic.

I was very disappointed with this cruise. There were 4 in our party and it was for my daughter's college grad gift so I wanted everything to be wonderful. Embarkation proved to be very frustrating and by the time I got on the ship my excitement and spirits were definitely dampened and I was angry! We stood at the embarkation desk for almost 30 minutes as others on both sides of us came and went without any hitches. They couldn't find our Sail & Sign Cards and wanted to know if we had registered late. I told her I had registered for the first stateroom at the end of January and paid for and registered for the second stateroom by March...so no it wasn't a late registration. We were then told the card machine was broken and we'd have to get our cards on board after saying they've never experienced this before where they could not find the Sail & Ship cards! We were then given labels with our names & room numbers on them to show when we got onboard. Well, we were detained by the people getting onboard asking why we had those and that they had never seen this before! By now we're feeling quite like the criminals with all attention brought to us!!!!!! They did let us onboard finally and we had to go to the Desk Services and finally get a Sail & Sign card!!!! Finally after about the 3rd night of sailing our Stateroom Steward made our bed and left us a towel animal which we'd seen advertised...I had been telling people that I hadn't seen any pampering as of yet like advertised and was waiting! I was very letdown by this beginning experience and feel someone needs to know!

The ship was beautiful and declorated beautifully. I felt like a queen .in a beautiful palace.

We had a great time on the Carnival Pride cruise from Baltimore to the Bahamas. The food and service were exceptional. The Pride is a perfect size for a fun cruise and is very well maintained. We opted for a balcony stateroom in the back of the ship which allowed us to sit outdoors without too much wind--I'd highly recommend the private balcony option as it makes your space onboard seem roomier overall. I would only wish for a change in itinerary. The Cocoa Beach stop was fine, but I'd have preferred an entire day in Freeport and a half day in Nassau (the current package offers it in reverse) Nassau is a rough place, its public beaches are nasty, and its shops and pubs close at 5 PM, so staying there until 9:30 wasn't worth it. Freeport was more in keeping with what one sees in TV and print ads of the Bahamas--nice beaches, shops, and restaurants in which you feel far safer as a tourist than you do in Nassau.

Relaxing yet I kept busy.

If you enjoy standing in long lines in crowded conditions this is the cruise for you. I watch the casino make many Mistakes in there favor. No Joke. I could say a lot more but whats the point . Enjoy your K-Mart Cruise. Gary Baker Arlington, Va
