This was our first cruise, but we had heard stories from other cruisers. I believe we had a good experience and we will definitely be going on another one.

This was my family's first cruise. We didn't know exactly what to expect. Every part of the cruise was excellent. Embarkation and disembarkation was excellent. Very impressed with the speed in which people are transitioned on and off. Definitely would recommend this cruise.

I had the Bottomless Bubbles package.  Overall rating would have been excellent except that I had to wait at the bar to get a soda.  Lots of kids also had to wait at the bar to get a soda also.  Sometimes the wait was pretty long, a self service soda machine similar to what is in fast food restaurants is needed.

Our Favorite part of this adventure was ALL OF IT!  We are seasoned cruisers.  We've been on this ship before - we love it!  Cruising out of Baltimore is amazing for us.  This cruise was delayed because of a preceding cruise medical emergency.  The cruise line handled it impeccably!  Our Late Seating Dining Waitstaff were, without a doubt, the best we ever had - shout out to Rain, Reymundo & John from Table 221!  The comedians were super funny.  Food was amazing and our adventures were exhilarating!  I give our cruise a 98% perfect trip!

Such an amazing time. The ship was awesome. The staff was great. The food was spectacular. Nothing but great things to say.  Even though the cruise was delayed embarkation was smooth due to FTTF. Due to an emergency on our cruise we were delayed back into Baltimore and they still made debarktation very smooth. Thanks Carnival!!!

We really loved the dining room, the service was fantastic and the food was amazing, we had a wonderful experience, our rooms were kept spotless and were surprisingly roomy, we had plenty of activities to do, the food was great and our ports were fun, we booked the sting ray adventure with snorkeling and a Conch salad and it was well scheduled and worth it, overall this was the best vacation our family has ever taken. Ramesh in dining and Silvia in Guest services were stand outs even though everyone was amazing and our sunset photos taken by the gallery are breathtaking. I know for a fact we will cruise again. Thank you for the wonderful memories!!!

I had previously been on three or four cruises, and it had been several years since then, but overall, the cruise was great. I look forward to doing it again!

We were suppose to get a 50.00 on board credit from Cruise Only ..which we did not get................A number of teens on the ship were out of hand.running around.....pulling signs out of the elevators....dumping ice cream on the rugs.....I talked to some of them...they said they were VERY  board ..when we were at sea....I wish they would come up with new actives...even for the adults.....like art and craft classes....ect....we have done 10 cruises...and its the same actives..every cruise.....  

This cruise was AMAZING!!!  The wait staff, bar staff, housekeeping staff were awesome.  The comedians made me laugh every night.  The entertainment kept people going at all times.  It was fun meeting other guests.  The food was way to good, gained 5 lbs:)  Getting on was a piece of cake.  The whole trip was enjoyable.  Thanks Carnival!!!!

Half Moon Cay was favorite part of cruise!! Alfredo, Erin and Hamet in the dining room were the other greatest part of our trip. Can't say enough great things about them. They made our trip so special. They deserve a special award.  They are so dedicated to Carnival. Loved the comedy nights.   Must do something about people not saving their seats all day and night out in Serenity Lounge - like the pods and out on the sofa couches,etc. 

This was our 3rd carnival cruise and we had a fantastic trip!  Staff was friendly, fun, and helpful.  Islands were beautiful.  Enjoyed horseback riding on Half Moon Cay and Margaritaville in Grand Turk.  We only walked through the local vendors in Freeport.  It was very hot that day and we didn't have a lot of time at port.  Enjoyed three full days at sea to relax and enjoy the activities on the ship.   

well first off when we arrived at the terminal to board the ship we stood in line for about 1 hour. I was told that I was a v p passenger and was treated like everyone else. I had been on same cruise before same ship and same amount of time seven years ago.  my first one was on the Norwegian  cruise line. second carnival pride and this one again. my impression  of this time  room steward was never around, bathroom sink was clogged first day, and refrigerator was not working.  everywhere we went money money money was needed by all for anything. I got free room service last time and our room steward was so accommodating. our room steward left water in the room for us everyday and here we find out we were being charged everyday for it at the end. then to top it off find out we had to pay 90.64 dollars each at the end of the cruise for gratuity and tax and fees ??????????? what I thought we payed it all in the beginning .very disappointed this time around sorry but don't think it was a good experience for my boyfriend being his first cruise and how I boasted about carnival cruises were great the last time I went. it was his birthday and no special treatment what so ever!!!

Chef's table was phenomenal!!!

Will definitely do it again and again for future trips.

And share our awesome experiences with our friends and family.

Dave's Steak house was ok, the steaks did not taste like prime cut... 

Best part of the cruise was Grand Turk, Loved the beautiful blue water and white sand beach.  All the stops should be more like Grand Turk.  I loved the white sand beach against the dark blue water.  The Yerk Chicken at the beach grill is a must have.  Just great.

This was my third cruise on the Carnival Pride.  While the room stewards and other staff are all very nice to deal with, the ship itself needs some work.  The staterooms and other common areas could use some renovations.  With the addition of the tables/chairs and re-positioning of the deck chairs, the space near the pools has become very crowded.

Very dissatisfied with the dusty room, dirty balcony felt like the floor would fall throug. The horrible smell in bathroom stinky sewage smell. Mold in hallway.  Bed was the worst.

The smoking areas were in horrible locations, you had to walk through the two areas everywhere you went. Smoking by the kids swimming pool?? Really horrible idea

Most enjoyable part of the cruise was being able to take my children and grandchildren with us.  Having the family there made the cruise very special.

Food was great. Room was clean. Service was good... The only thing is this ship you felt the movement on this ship more them the ship I had cruise before . Especially when you were trying to sleep.. 

Trip was good and very pleasant.  Rooms comfortable and clean.  Food was okay. Entertainment was okay.  Enjoyed the private island but too far a walk for disabled persons.
