Review summary

Very dissatisfied with the dusty room, dirty balcony felt like the floor would fall throug. The horrible smell in bathroom stinky sewage smell. Mold in hallway. Bed was the worst.

We didn't overspend at all. In fact, I was expecting our sail and sign account to be higher. It was a horrible experience, but I'm going to give carnival one more chance. We're going with the Vista in April. If there's not an improvement then we will be done with Carnival.

Sometimes people really have a good time on the ship until they get there sail and sign account bill at the last night and all of a sudden find everything wrong cause they realized they overspent on there vacation !! LOL!!

When we got back from our cruise, I complained to Carnival. There was nothing done to rectify the situation. I didn't know we could be moved to another room on the ship. I thought all the rooms were full. We will definitely try another cruise line next time.

When I read stories like this there is no mention of how issue was rectified. I'm sure if you complained either the room would be cleaned and sanitized or you'd be moved to another room/floor. When my bathroom was clogged which happens on a ship I didn't just wait for it to stink up room I told my attendant which was always nearby and it was taken care of as soon as I came back from breakfast.

I could be wrong, but I think the stinky bathroom is a carnival thing. Ours on the elation was horrible and made me sick to have to shower in there.
