Overall the cruise was good, the beds were not comfortable at all. The food was just ok. The boat needs a good cleaning in some areas of the boat (behind the bars in the casino) was pretty bad. But good overall.

The ship is rather old and dated, 80s disco decorating throughout! Awesome staff! The cruise director is extremely gifted on the violin, don't miss his show! The musicals are very entertaining! Eat at the Asian Grill, not the main dining room. The food there is of very poor quality! The pools are very small! Avoid booking excursions through the ship, save 60% or more and book yourself at the port!

The boat was an old boat. The food was only fair at best. Not sure if I will ever take a cruise on Carnival again. Because I booked the cruise with your company. On more than one occasion I heard. "Because you used a Third Party to book the cruise you need to talk with them not us." Not A Happy Person. I was also told when booking the cruise that they was clubs for young children. from the age of 12 moths to 2 years old. Maybe an hour a day. It might as well not had children care on the boat. Because what can you do with a hour a day?

The Carnival Cruise, specifically Carnival Paradise, was excellent.  The crew was extremely friendly and professional!  All of the entertainment was very well organized and the staff was very much concerned about the guests having a good time!.  The vacation was well worth it.  My husband, son and I had a blast!

crew and the whole cruise was more than over the top. can wait to do it again.    all port of calls were also very very nice. we are planning many more cruises.

the oceans are rocky to get in from shore .The dinning was elbow to elbow then the the dinning room was all the way on other end of ship .Then on the snorkeling the ship people would not answer any question because igot it with cruises only then it  was two hours to get to place to snorkel and then they were to mean people to doing any good snorkeling

My fiance and I really enjoyed this ship. The crew was awesome and kept things fun and lively the whole time. We also really enjoyed the comedy shows!! Hilarious each night.

Dining staff was terrific. The shows were great and the cover band was excellent. We had a memorable birthday celebration thanks to the dining room staff. We had a wonderful vacation cruise

Ship is 20yrs old & it shows, staff was excellent & food was pretty good. My family & I will go on other quality cruise lines b/c we want higher quality food & newer ships. Ive heard horror stories of Carnival, however, we did not experience any. We are looking for higher quality at all levels.

Music choices and players are improving.  Really enjoyed #Raptorpack.  Getting on and off as a VIFP is awesome.  Really enjoy being able to go right to the room.  The ship is getting older an needs attention.  Stateroom furnishings were simply worn out.  Still a great deal.

it was the first time we got to a cruise and we enjoyed very much, the whole thing was excellent, food, entertainment, service, facilities, etc. we will repeat this soon

All staff members were friendly and catering. The boat was super clean. There was always something to do. It was a good cruise. The rooms are outdated in decorations...but the service for the room is nice. If you want to enjoy Mexico, this isn't the cruise for you....the time on land is too short.

This was my second cruise, the first being with royal. I feel that overall the experience was pleasant but I'm likely to cruise with Royal Caribbean in the future. There was a lot of alcohol pushing during dinner which was off putting, and the buffet selection left a lot to be desired.the entertainment was slim pickings with a lot of time slots with very little of interest going on. Cozumel was beautiful and that was definitely a plus as well as our ocean view room which had a large window.

We booked the Cruise thru Cruises Only and had no problems.. They would send alerts when we needed to pay a payment, book an excursion or do our check in paper work.. Everything went smooth and We could have not have had a smoother trip.. Everything was perfect! Thanks for making our vacation hassle free

Overall, the trip was very nice. The staff were helpful and went out of their way to make the trip memorable.  The ship itself needs a little updating, as the elevators were constantly out.   

We signed up for this cruise because our daughter and family (3 teenagers) wanted both my husband and I to sign-up and go with them....make it a Family thing!!!!  It was cost effective for the 5 days.  Everyone had a great time.  It was the first cruise for them, so they were very excited.  

We were unsure of what an experience on Carnival would bring us. Not to worry...it was incredible! The Paradise is an older ship and a smaller one but it has so much to offer. Most of the activites on the ship were not for my husband and me (we needed rest and relaxation) but no one could complain about being bored. The ship was clean and the staff and crew were so  friendly and helpful.

An adult only retreat was where my husband and I chose to be most of the time. Serinity was wonderful with 2 hottubs, plenty of chaise lounge chairs and an incredible unobstructed view of the ocean. It was wonderful!

There was only one negative on the ship...the handrails on deck were very dirty. It looked as if they were never wiped down. Also, the safety rails beneath the handrails had hair wrapped around them. When we sat at the on deck dining area this was prevelent every where you looked. Please Paradise crew...make this ship perfect and clean those things!

on board customer service (supervisor) awful, rest of the staff was great .  Issue with the room, supervisor was very unpleasant to deal with and arguementative. 

Our cabin was directly below the galley and was horrendously noisy. We were not able to sleep since the noise continued day and night. That cabin should not be sold to anyone. Otherwise, Carnival definitely has the most fun ships. Onboard activities and our shore excursion in Cozumel were great. The excursion we planned in Grand Cayman was cancelled, so again we were disappointed. This is my second time on this particular itinerary with Carnival. The first time was better.
