Review summary

Our cabin was directly below the galley and was horrendously noisy. We were not able to sleep since the noise continued day and night. That cabin should not be sold to anyone. Otherwise, Carnival definitely has the most fun ships. Onboard activities and our shore excursion in Cozumel were great. The excursion we planned in Grand Cayman was cancelled, so again we were disappointed. This is my second time on this particular itinerary with Carnival. The first time was better.

Loud noise outside was eventually determined to be the galley. It sounded like someone washing pots and pans all day and night. After third attempt at resolution, Carnival eventually compensated us for a portion of the cruise, but we can't have our honeymoon back.

Ancient Culture/Mayan Ruins excursion was great. Miguel, our guide, was knowledgeable and entertaining. awesome trip.

you get what you pay for.....spend a little extra and get a better room or take your chances and make the most of it!!

I'm am sure that you will be careful about choosing a better cabin on your next cruise. I am sorry that the noisy cabin ruined your honeymoon. Thanks for posting.
