on board customer service (supervisor) awful, rest of the staff was great . Issue with the room, supervisor was very unpleasant to deal with and arguementative.

Guest services left a bad taste in my mouth as well when some one felt the need to steal from our cabin not once but two times g.s. Or security was not helpful at all was very rude to us once we got off the ship we contacted carnival they made it right for us

Which cabin did you have that smelled of sewage? I have a cruise booked on the paradise and im getting a little worried all I see is bad reviews
