Very disappointed with our first cruise. One week before departure Carnival changed the itinerary and we lost two ports with 3 days in Tampa. Their compensation was inadequate for ruining our vacation. We were looking so forward to Belize and Mahogany Bay with excursions purchased. Carnival gave us $200 on board credit per stateroom and a refund of $248. They tried to sell us on the free shuttles to area attractions and a Tim Rushlow concert. Not a country fan and I have no idea who he is. None of this made us feel better about our situation. I asked if Carnival would at least give us complimentary drink packages. The said no. Not sure if we’ll do a cruise again. If we do, we will try another cruise line. I think we’d prefer to just go to an all inclusive resort.

Cruise was good for the most part, the people serving were great, the comedy club was hilarious, and the food at the steak house was incredible. The food however at the regular restaurant was hit or miss. And most of the food served throughout the day was very subpar. While the Carnival Cruise line did their best to accommodate the fact that they had to fix the ship a week before setting sail? It would have been nice to see some extra discounts or some kind of extra bonus. All in all, this was my first cruise and I'd like to go again sometime, but it might be with another cruise line just to try them out.

This ship was very boring, had hardly any entertainment. Neve saw the cruise director . We just came off the carnival Vista s month ago and that ship was awesome. Awesome night life, great show every night the the cruise director was completely awesome . Always entertaining. The Miricle, like I said earlier was completely boring . The only thing it had was the comedy for night life. I would never go back .

I was unhappy that while at Grand Cayman, most other excursions were cancelled due to the weather and sea conditions, however our excursion was not cancelled. We went out to sting ray city anyway and it was extremely cold and rainy. The waves were really strong and knocking people around making it difficult to prevent yourself from stepping on a stingray. The people the actually got in the water exited and were extremely cold. The dangerous conditions made this an enjoyable experience and I would have appreciated being refunded for this excursion. The Dolphin portion was great.

Our room stunk of sewage when we first entered, made a point to let staff know. They refreshed the room did help . Problem I believe is that drains in the decks going into the rooms and the pipe had dried out. Mold in our our bathroom, closets smelled, leaving our clothes to smell as well. Did not get fresh towels for 3 days, nor did they take the empty pitchers out of our room. Complained to supervisor. Crew never bothered to close the retractable roof during the rain. Believe has they done that more activities could have been done. Feel as though my hard earned money was stolen from me. I already sent a scathing review to them. Have had yet heard anything from corporate.

Great staff.. Thia was amazing. Pretty friendly and answering all questions we had.

Jayson,Samantha and Cody didn’t come because their passports didn’t arrive on time and Charlene and Fredy didn’t come because Charlene lost her passport a day before the departure however the rest us enjoyed the cruise the ship,service and food was good,unfortunately my wife had a fall in our cabin washroom so 4 days of our cruise was ruined but overall for others was enjoyable but could have been better if my wife didn’t have an accident.

This was our first cruise, we had a blast. A little disappointed our excursion got canceled in Cozumel but we did find a great deal & private individuals who gave us a tour of the island, lunch and snorkeling for $60/person, and we visited the tequila factory, free tequila shots !

overall the cruise was good. easy access to everything . entertainment was great and energetic the comedy club was as always a treat the food was good . our room attendant was great took care of everything . crew were always asking if they could be of service

The excursion staff needs to do a much better job on explaining and reminding guests of SHIPS TIME vs ISLAND TIME. Royal does a much better job with reminders and a large paper clock at disembark ent locations. any many guests confused. we left guests behind in Mexico and i wonder if that was the issue. On a positive not i left my $200 dollar sun glasses in the casino waiting the tender and a casino housekeeper named Yuyius (? spelling) turned them into guest services. i was sooo touched by this act of honesty. i shared this with his supervisor and gave him a reward.

boarding, waited for hours to board. some equipment problems. Room had a smell like someone took a crap ( I am being nice) Took two days to clear it up. shower leaked. The mover the curtain to catch the leak. food was really not up to par. mostly went to deck 9 to eat. tried to use shower in spa. handle fell off hit my foot. very painful steam room closed and dry steam room also closed. never fixed. cleaned patio got paint on chairs and now on my shorts and shirts. got sick day we left. two weeks and a doctor visit to get well. both of us. called carnival gave all the details. NO ONE ever got back to me. Not very customer oriented . We will think twice before going on another

Awesome staff, the dining room dinners were 5*, loved the balcony suite for the little extra room.

Wonderful crew - team in dining rom was great! Pixels staff even got my son to smile! Just all around a great time was had by all..camp ocean, photos, shows etc..no complaints!

The worst Cruise Ship and some staff, and very unorganized in so many ways, of any cruise I have ever been on! This was for my Daughter's Birthday and the first time the other girl that was with us had ever cruised...I had bragged and told her how relaxing and fun cruising was...I sure was wrong! I was also really looking forward to this for months and instead of a vacation, it was a nightmare!

Overall good cruise. The band at the Pub made the whole cruise. Excellent service all around. If you haven’t booked an excursion in Belize don’t bother getting off the ship unless to just buy a T-shirt.

Best Carnival Cruise ever . Staff was excellent and people was so friendly

This cruise was a gift from my husband for our 40th anniversary. It was the best we have been on as far as relaxing and the weather was great. All the staff are great.
