Review summary

I was unhappy that while at Grand Cayman, most other excursions were cancelled due to the weather and sea conditions, however our excursion was not cancelled. We went out to sting ray city anyway and it was extremely cold and rainy. The waves were really strong and knocking people around making it difficult to prevent yourself from stepping on a stingray. The people the actually got in the water exited and were extremely cold. The dangerous conditions made this an enjoyable experience and I would have appreciated being refunded for this excursion. The Dolphin portion was great.

Most of the crew that we interacted with were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. One of the women from the spa even called to check on me while I was sick.

There was mold in the bathroom of our room and also the shower in the spa. I understand that humidity is high and this may be difficult to prevent

Very poor country, however it is very beautiful. I did not feel unsafe while traveling outside of the port and the people were very friendly and appreciative.

Glad you enjoyed most of the trip. Sometimes we have missed ports or excursions, but if we are refunded, that's nice but not expected. Mother nature IS in charge and can't be totally predicted. Look at cruising as an adventure!
